I just bought a 2013 Toyota RAV4 from Lou Fusz with my parent's help. Since it was my first car, I was clueless and a little nervous about the process. Patrick McLafferty was a knowledgeable salesperson and made us feel comfortable with Lou Fusz. Since Patrick's wife had a baby in the middle of our sales cycle, we also worked with the sales manager, Dan Bozzay, as well as Scott Christensen, Patrick's colleague. They were also professional and worked well with us during the back end of the process. Finally, we thought Jimmy Conaway's "technical support" at the end was great. I enjoyed learning about the highlights and details of my new car.
