We recently had a fantastic experience at Lou Fusz when leasing a new 4-Runner. From the beginning, James Hutsler in the internet dept followed up with us promply and was able to prepare us for our visit to the dealership. He connected us with Shane Roemer who took the time to explore a few 4-Runners when we were unsure of exactly what we were looking for. Shane went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable with our decisions and that all of our boxes were checked--while at the same time being very patient and professional. He was also very understanding when our trade-in vehicle had some crazy issues! They offered us a super deal, and we left very happy and satisfied with the entire experience. The staff is amazing!
