Jimmy Young was personable and worked with me throughout the whole car process. He presented me with options and gave me room and time to make a decision that was right for me. I especially liked that I didn't feel pressured to make a decision before I was ready.

Despite not having "exactly" what I wanted, salesman Bruce Land found me the closest thing possible and made arrangements to later add everything I felt it needed. On top of that, I got a GREAT deal! I had an absolutely amazing experience purchasing my new car. My salesman, Ryan Townsend was amazing. I in no was felt pressured to purchase. He listen to me and what my needs are and got me in my perfect car. I was also extremely impressed he did not try to push higher valued cars that were out of my budget (which I had experienced at other dealerships). In fact he was able to find me an even better car than I had in mind, while still respecting my budget. I cannot speak highly enough of this dealership and Ryan.

Mr. Parker was awesome. He took the time to answer all of my questions patiently & listened very intently to what my personal needs were in selecting a vehicle. Aside from all that, and most importantly, he was NOT pushy at all! We just bought a 2017 Rav4 and David Brigham made it so easy. We had gone in a week ago and looked at it but didnt test drive it since it was closing time. David Brigham answered all of our questions and took our contact info. He was not like salesmen at other dealers calling every other day trying to get you to by the car. We heard from him once just to see how things were going and only talked a couple of minutes. We texted him when we wanted to test drive the car and he made himself available for us. I would definately recommend asking for David Brigham if you are considering a new Toyota. He will take care of you without all the pressure.

I've bought two cars from Lithia Toyota of Abilene and I've always received great customer service from the moment I walk in the door to when I drive the car off the lot. The first time around was in early 2014 when I bought a used 2013 Corolla S from Chris Ashley and more recently in August 2015 when I bought a new 2016 Scion FR-S from Stephanie Waters. My girlfriend also bought a used Honda Civic from Stephanie. For both transactions Stephanie was very welcoming and always available for any questions or issues. The financial-side of things was handled by 2 different people for my girlfriend and I, but both were very friendly and got our paperwork done in a very reasonable time frame. Overall, would highly recommend anyone to buy from lithia Toyota of Abilene!

Layton was the who helped me for the service on my vehicle. He was waiting for me before I even went through the door. I got there early and my vehicle was actually completed before my appointment time. I like getting the service sheet that shows everything was looked at and the condition it's all in.

Ruben Velasco is a great salesman. Walking around the lot with him, describing what I was looking for, was like clues to a puzzle for him. He even laid down in the back seat of a potential car to give me a good perspective on the space available. He was well knowledgeable on the vehicles in the lot and what car would work best for me. What a great car buying experience! The men and women at Lithia Toyota Abilene have all been incredibly helpful, kind and sincere since the moment we pulled onto the lot. There is always someone immediately available to answer any and all questions you may have, and are very honest in their answers. Their customer service is impeccable. Great place! When I went to the dealership, I wasn't exactly sure what vehicle I wanted. My salesman, David Brigham, found me the perfect vehicle and was very courteous and helpful during the entire process. When I did have a minor issue with my vehicle, my service advisor Russ, was very helpful and explained the issue with my car in great detail. I will definitely be taking my car back for any and all future needs.

Would totally recommend Lithia Toyota of Abilene to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! We were treated wonderfully from the moment we stepped on the lot. Patrick Zills was our salesman and he must have the patience of a saint. We test drove SO MANY cars and had a TON of questions. He never faltered or made us feel like we were taking up too much of his time. He was knowledge and kind and over the course of 3 days, we walked away with purchasing 3 new (used) cars for our family!

I first spoke with Phil Underwood on the phone and when I got to the dealership he was with another client who ended up buying a car. Meanwhile, instead of sitting and waiting for 45 minutes, Ken Terry offered to roam the lot to look for the cars I was interested in and test drive. Never once did I feel pressured to buy or make a haste decision. They were very friendly and professional. I came back two days later and purchased one of the cars I test drove. When my license plates came in, they offered to put them on for me. I had my dog with me and they welcomed him into the showroom as long as he was on a leash. That's a big deal to me since our dog is like our child and there aren't many (if any) places in Abilene that are dog friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who appreciates customer service and doesn't want to be pressured into buying on the spot.

I had been looking for a decent, low-mileage Rav4 Hybrid for weeks and finally found one online at Toyota of Abilene. I REALLY did not want to deal with a salesman at a dealership but decided to inquire online about the car anyway. Lance Dunn was the one who responded. Over the next several emails, Lance sent me pictures of this recently returned lease, scratches and all. The price was almost $3000 less than one I had been looking at CarMax, so of course I was leery. He gave me his honest opinions about the vehicle's condition and was so calm and low-pressure about it that I decided to give them a try. (1000+ positive Google reviews didn't hurt either!) I was coming in from out of state and Lance and his team were very flexible with the payment terms offered by my credit union. I flew in on a Friday and was driving home in my new (to me) Rav4 by 1pm Saturday. I HIGHLY recommend Lance at Toyota of Abilene! I found them to be very fair and honest.

We went to Lithia Toyota of Abilene on memorisl day. We have a salesman who we thought was a friend. We have super credit, but we had a car that we were upside down. We were takin advantage of. Not only did we pay full retail for a scratched up, dented car. But we paid full loss on our trade in. Then on top of that we had $3500 cash for them to have to pay less on the trade in to the bank. So we now owe 50,000 dollars for a $30,000 car. They took advantage of our high credit score. The finance officer got us signed somehow without showing us the numbers. Yall have lost a couple of customers for life. Oh and Andre, we better get our survey from toyota, we will be contacting them. There are missing items that were on the msrp sticker that we did not receive. 2 weeks later and we still have a bitter taste in our mouths.

I do not recommend Toyota at all, we were purchasing a new car thinking we were getting a good deal because thats what they told us, but when we got another opinion they informed us of how much they overcharged us. They overcharged us $19,000 that is ridiculous.
