Internet Sales Manager Mark Harris did an excellent job of responding to my initial inquiry, communicating attentively, answering questions, and setting up our meeting to complete the sale. His sincerity, professionalism, and friendly demeanor helped us decide make our purchase from Lithia Toyota of Abilene, and made the whole process efficient and enjoyable. We had to drive some distance and were finishing a longer trip, which led to delays arriving at the dealership and Mark made sure we were able to get everything done and drive our Lithia vehicle home that night.
