Buying a car is stressful and unpleasant, right? Not if one is fortunate enough to get Rick Sutton at Lithia Toyota for a salesperson. If I were to write a list of qualities I want in a salesperson, Rick would check all of the boxes. What a pleasant surprise to have a great experience finding a vehicle.
