We just bought a 2017 Rav4 and David Brigham made it so easy. We had gone in a week ago and looked at it but didnt test drive it since it was closing time. David Brigham answered all of our questions and took our contact info. He was not like salesmen at other dealers calling every other day trying to get you to by the car. We heard from him once just to see how things were going and only talked a couple of minutes. We texted him when we wanted to test drive the car and he made himself available for us. I would definately recommend asking for David Brigham if you are considering a new Toyota. He will take care of you without all the pressure.
