Heaps of instruments and knowledgeable staff. Almost always leave with something I can't play or afford. Parking can be a little awkward but not insurmountable.

Great place has everything and staff are a great help

I was looking for a classical guitar, they had a much larger range than other shops. Excellent quality instruments and great help with choosing the guitar. Will definitely return!

Recently made a big purchase here and the staff where really helpful. Gave me as much time as i need to try out the new equipment and set it up and showed me how to use it! I will be going back to by more stuff from them in the future!

Called in to make a purchase of something I saw online. Had a pram with me. So much stock on floor I could not make my way to the product I wanted. When asked if I needed help I said I had difficulty getting through the aisles. Assistant said yeah it s a nightmare and walked off. I turned walked out and drove to Waltons. Won t be back!! Week before Christmas...make your store accessible.

This in my opinion is the best music shop in Ireland. most music shops cover the usual guitars keywords drums ECT the sound shop in Drogheda does this as good as anyone. however they do everything else as well trumpet clarinet sax flute plus all orchestral instruments its a one stop shop for any musician.

Excellent service, good price on re-stringing a guitar and did it in 2 minutes while I waited.

Had the lads deliver a piano to Co Clare , with the care that was taken with the installation it was obvious I was dealing with professionals very courteous and did a good job , the piano sounds great and very glad to support this long established business.

I went in for a music book for my son. They had it. Nowhere else did. Nice to just stroll around checking out the instruments. Plus I was treated to somewhat of a recital by two guys on the piano. Really nice. If I hadn't been under time pressure I could have spent an hour and a lot of money here.

Great service. I bought a guitar for my sons birthday. Had it for 4 weeks before opening it only to find that the paintwork was damaged. Phoned Adam to let him know, given that it was 4 week later I was unsure as to whether or not anything could be done. Adam exchanged it for me immediately. Fantastic service and I will be back to shop here again. Highly recommended.

Any musical instruments can be bought here at a reasonable prices. In case they do not have it in stocks. It can be easily ordered online. The staff's are always willing to help you make a right decision. There after sale service are very good.

to john and phil who in turn spoke to tommy who said no problem

The best music shop around, excellent friendly knowledgeable and very helpful staff, top quality goods at fair prices, theres something for everyone at every level here, this shop is well worth checking out and even going out of your way to travel to if you have to, top class.

Very disappointing. Massive unit with massive potential but fails to deliver. No uniformity to the shop and under staffed for the size of the place. I was there for 25 mins and wasn't approached once and there was only about 5 customers in it. Wouldn't recommend

Purchased a Roland digital piano from the Sound Shop. Trevor was a great help in deciding which piano to select. Delivery and installation from them was great too.

any guitar i ever bought i bought from the soundshop never once had a problem in 40 years it's just a pity they dont sell arms and guitar hands.

Was gifted a record player for Christmas. The brand didn t provide a stylus. Contacted the shop and they offered me one for free they also provided an longer cable for the speakers also at no charge. I was willing to pay but they refused. Thanks for great after sales support

Top rate service, patient and will spend time with a customer. Was expecting a trip back having brought in an instrument for a new string up and come back but no, give us ten minutes and we will sort you. Go and have a ramble around the shop. Top marks in my books. Well done sound shop!

Most staff helpful. Apart from the women behind the desk inside the door. Completely blanking myself whiles speaking to her. Other than that great shop and products.

Great value on all instruments. Competitively priced. Friendly staff. Been buying musical equipment from them for over 23yrs now. Bought Roland Fa-08 with Adam's assistance a few years back. Wasn't sure between Korg..Yamaha and Roland. Adam showed me similar synths and digital pianos that had same keyboard bed and hammer action. From that my decision was simplified. Though they didn't have fa-08 88 key version in stock they ordered it in for me and price was very competitive to other retailers if not better when you buy accessories on the day.
I like to spend locally where I can and have that support back up if needed. They repaired gemsx2 and korg m1 synths for me too to excellent standard in the past. . Beautiful range of seagull acoustic guitars... my favorite acoustic brand. Plan to go back soon. Wish the team there the best.
