I just bought my new 2018 Camry from Gavin Bass at Lithia Toyota of Abilene. Words can not express how Gavan and the rest of the crew at Lithia was. Gavan was so professional the whole time and never once was pushy (which is a huge turnoff). He was honest, very friendly, always had a smile on his face and made things happen quickly! I have bought many cars in my life but this experience, hands down, has been the most pleasant, enjoyable experience yet... I felt like Gavan truly cared and didn t see me as a $$ sign! Every time I had a question, via text his response was very quick and had all the answers and went ABOVE and BEYOND to make this happen for me!! I went in on a late Saturday afternoon and signed papers Monday on my lunch break( which they got me done in less than an hour so I could get back to work) Gavin has also offered future availability to me whenever I need it. I have already recommended Gavan Bass to a couple of my friends who are wanting to buy a new car. I told them Lithia Toyota is the ONLY place to buy your new car. Thank you so much Gavan Bass and the Lithia Toyota crew for everything! Gavan You are the best salesman I ve ever worked with...thank you for making everything smooth, helpful and fun! I will NEVER shop anywhere else for a vehicle other that Lithia Toyota of Abilene!!!!

I took my daughter to buy her first car. We went to several places in Abilene and one night we just finished up at a dealership and we were very unhappy at how we were treated and decided to just drive through the Lithia Toyota Dealership and saw a couple of cars that my daughter was interested in. We got out just to look real quick. We were then approached by John Nicols and informed him we were interested in a couple of cars on the lot but we were too tired to talk that evening but we would like to come back the next day. Mr. Nicols was very polite and we decided to setup an appointment with him. He wasn't pushy at all. We came back the next day and test drove the two cars that interested my daughter. Mr. Nicols worked so well for us and with us that I have to say was my best experience ever in purchasing a car. He made us feel at home at Lithia. When we settled on a car to buy he worked hard in talking to the finance department for us and was able to negotiate a fair deal for us. We the sat down with the paperwork guy and had a very enjoyable experience as well. The whole experience we had was just amazing. Mr. Nicols has earned a lifetime customer. And already I have recommended Lithia to family members that will soon be in the market for a new car. Thank you Lithia and especially thank you John for providing a wonderful experience for my daughter's first car as it should be, an experience and memory that will be cherished by this family and my daughter for a lifetime. There is another daughter who will need a car in two years. I will definitely be back then.. if not sooner if the need arises.

Raul is an awesome salesman at the dealership, he was very helpful in answering any questions we had about the car I was purchasing and financing. If he didn't he would make sure of it that you were taking care of and was provided with a full solution. Very friendly dealership; no pressure - Raul is awesome!

Shelby Parker was very courious checking me out. Jacob Fuller was very instrumental in suggesting tire alignment when I purchased the set of four tires. I ask him for a copy of the befor and after of that alignment. He also came out to make sure of the tires and their cost which were Michelins that I had scheduled versus Bridgestones. I understood and assured him that the Michelin s were what I wanted. Oh, and by the way the car ride is much smother and the handling has definitely improved back to what it was when new.

A great experience. We worked with Chris Herrington to buy a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. We had visited with Chris in the past but due to some scheduling issues were not able to go to the dealership to do a test drive. Chris sent us all kinds of pictures, gave us a very accurate description of the car and how it drove, and then delivered it to us in San Antonio. I don't think Chris or Lithia could have made it any easier for us to get the car we wanted.

Lance was amazing! He sold me a 2019 Toyota Highlander. He s a 10/10!! He dealt with my husbands negotiations with a smile on his face. I do believe we all walked away very happy!

Everything was great! I thought I might have to buy a new battery, but I just had not used my car for a week. Jacob Fuller was very nice. He told me to start my car every day and let it run for about 15 minutes. I also had the state inspection. It did not take very long. I did not have an appointment. My neighbor has a Halo Volt and helped me get my car started and I drove right to Toyota, thinking I might need a new battery. It was great that I did not have to do that at this time.

My wife and I are doing well earned retirement trip from Florida to California.We we re camping at Gardner SP and our AC let go in our Travel Trailer.We had to drive to Houston to get a new one because it was under warranty.Close to 300 miles there and heading back east where we traveled from earlier in month.
AC repaired next day,we headed to our next destination here in Abilene SP. 300 miles
The Tacoma was a work horse and was need of a 20,000 service.We we re happy to see a dealership here in town.
I stopped just to make a appointment for later in week,Layton greeted me when I entered building and I asked when I could get truck serviced.He if I had time now,and if so pull it up to service door.
After all the traveling we did day before,it was a relief when less than a hour later he came up to me and said it was ready to go.

I ve never bought a car before and I have bad credit so I was already expecting to basically be laughed out the door. But instead I drove off the lot with a new car and my payment was under $250 just like I wanted it to be.

David Brigham was the sales associate that helped me and he made it a painless process. He even helped me upgrade to full coverage insurance and then when my insurance company quoted an outrageous price he helped to find a cheaper more manageable company.

He did not try to push us to buy the more expensive option of the vehicle we were looking for, but actually was honest about the difference with the higher end version and helped us made a decision that gave you more value for the money.
