I had to make a quick decision on buying a car due to a huge increase in the amount of time I travel for work. It was not a purchase I wanted to make but had to out of necessity. Originally, I planned on test driving in Abilene and buying in the Fort Worth area because I thought I would get a better deal in a larger city. David Brigham helped us and the experience was not what I expected at all. There was no haggling, we simply told him what I needed, what I could afford, and what I wanted to pay. The finance manager who helped us showed us numbers as well as what was realistic and possible. I left paying exactly what I said I wanted to pay for the car before I went to the dealership and at the monthly payments I wanted to be at. First and only experience I have ever had where I haven't left a dealership angry with a headache and/or feeling like the person was trying to screw me. It was a really exceptional experience overall.

Just got myself a new car from Lithia Toyota in Abilene, and all I can say is WOW!! Top notch customer service from Mark Harris, Stephen Cisneros and Mike Mizikar (Finance Manager). Mark was working on his day off, but stayed all day until he got the deal completed to my liking, he then turned it over to Stephen Cisneros who met me at the door when I arrived and we took a very short test drive, I was convinced before the test drive haha! We then finished up a small amount of paperwork and were taken to the finance office where we met Mike, awesome guy, he even gave me a few pointers on further improving my credit!! If you are looking for a new vehicle, you owe it to yourself to give these guys a try, you will be glad you did!!!!

I purchased 2019 RAV4 from Lithia Toyota in Abilene,and was extremely pleased with the service I received from the staff of the dealership. The salesman, Greg Parks, was more than professional in his manner and knowledge of the vehicle, while teaching me the operation of all the bell and whistles that are included in the RAV4 XLE. I had special ordered this vehicle options and the Lithia staff had it located and delivered within 48 hours.The financial department was also commended (Mike) as efficient and excellent for his service in getting me the best deal.

Went in thinking we had no chance at buying a vehicle let alone a brand new one but I was proven wrong. I found some cars at Lithia Toyota I liked while looking online at Carfax. I sent my information that I was interested and they immediately got back with me. My salesman, Patrick Zills, texted me and we set up a time to meet on Saturday. Patrick greeted me as soon as I got there and because I'm recovering from knee surgery, he brought the cars I wanted to the front so I didn't have to walk the parking lot. I test drove 3 vehicles and he never pressured me in any way. He answered all of my questions and let me make up my own mind based on what I was looking for. Once I picked the car I wanted the rest of the process was easy.

Looked on-line at all dealers in our surrounding area, we finally found something different at Lithia Toyota of Abilene. Our Highlander is Jade Green with an Almond interior. It doesn't look like every other car you see on the road!

This was the best car buying experience I have had to date. I went in to looking for a car anxious. I left feeling pleased with my decision. Mike Mizikar in financing was incredibly helpful. He kept the perks within a good budget. Explained everything! AND was able to explain to me Gap coverage on my totaled van (which is why I was car shopping), since I had bought my previous car there he was also able to give me the number and member ID so I could call and get that taken care of. Definitely an extra mile kind of guy!! The Salesman Jimmy Tankersley was also great. He wasn t pushy, dealt with the fact I didn t have a clue what I was looking for and took his time showing me around. He even brought cars to us so we wouldn t have to walk around in the cold. If you are looking to buy I would strongly suggest you go with this company!! 3/10/19 Update. Service at this company continues to be excellent. Just had my oil changed and had the pleasure of dealing with Dynamite Dave. He made sure I knew what my car needed for the amount of miles I ve been. He also was not aggressive about it as you see at some other oil change places. This was my first time financing a vehicle. My wife and I had been looking and when coming to Lithia Toyota it was a breeze! Extremely friendly, fun and helpful! Patrick was the best salesman (not only car salesman) I ve ever worked with! Will be back in the future to upgrade my wife s car when the time comes!

We had Zach the salesman and he was a fairly nice guy overall but very pushy. Kept trying to convince us that interest rate meant nothing as long as the monthly payments was what I needed. Even told me he would be "pissed" if I didn't take his "deal". We left with no vehicle due to typical rude and pushy salesman that treated us like we was stupid.

We had an "emergency" repair we needed on our old 4Runner in order to get back home to Austin yesterday. Jacob Fuller did a great job of getting our vehicle in for repair, even though it was not prearranged. The repair was done in a timely manner. The wait was comfortable in your wonderful facilities. Our trip home went smoothly and without problem. A special thanks to Jacob and the repair team for getting us taken care of.

My husband and I went to buy a new vehicle from Lithia this week and Aaron Coker went above and beyond to assist us in every way. Aaron Coker was very informative and helpful before, during and after buying the vehicle. We gave him an idea of what we wanted in the vehicle and he had one waiting on us when we arrived Monday morning. We could not have asked for better customer service.

I thought this place was amazing from previous dealings with them but if you buy a used car with a warranty be prepared to lawyer up if you want them to fix anything.. had my vehicle for 2 weeks and the transmission went out! I have a warranty on vehicle and they refuse to fix it! I bought the vehicle 1/23/2020 transmission went out 2/8/2020 it has been a battle to get it fixed when I try contacting anyone my phone calls are ignored or I m told I will talk to my gm and call you back and never receive a phone call back

Wife and I purchased (5/2016) a certified 2015 RAV4 Limited AWD. We are very pleased with the sales staff; our salesman was R. Schkade; he did an outstanding job!! We were Mr. Schkade's first sale and I would highly recommend customers seek him out for your sale experience.
My family has driven Chevrolet for last twenty years and have enjoyed their vehicles but in the last two weeks we have purchased a Toyota Avalon and the RAV4. I owned a 2006 Tundra in years past and absolutely loved it but is was lacking the towing capacity for what I was doing at the time. I will be returning to Lithia in weeks to follow to check out the Tundra's and trading my 2014 Chevy.

This was my second car purchase from Lithia Toyota of Abilene in the past 3 years. My first was a 2013 Camry purchased from Chris Ashley. I didn't think I would ever have a more pleasant purchasing experience than I had with Chris, but my recent purchase of my 2015 RAV from John Nichols surpassed all my expectations. John was so laid back and easy going, I had to check the sign outside to be sure I was in a car dealership! There was no stress nor salesman-type pushiness . Had another fantastic buying experience at Lithia Toyota yesterday! My third purchase from this dealership in 8 years and I was so fortunate that John Nichols was my salesman once again. He hasn t changed! Still friendly and funny and looking out for me to make sure I got the price I needed for the vehicle I wanted. Went to bat for me on my trade-in value and got the best deal he could for me. Just a good old country boy with superb values and an amazing faith in the Good Lord. If you need/want a used/new vehicle, John is your man. All the folks in this place are so nice. You can t go wrong in visiting Lithia Toyota of Abilene.

The service advisors are great and do their job to the best of their abilities. The device manager is more of a secretary than a manager. Walks around the customers and does not interact at all with them unless cornered and forced to. Great people other than management.

We came from 200 miles away pretty much closed the deal over the phone.
