We went to Lithia Toyota of Abilene on memorisl day. We have a salesman who we thought was a friend. We have super credit, but we had a car that we were upside down. We were takin advantage of. Not only did we pay full retail for a scratched up, dented car. But we paid full loss on our trade in. Then on top of that we had $3500 cash for them to have to pay less on the trade in to the bank. So we now owe 50,000 dollars for a $30,000 car. They took advantage of our high credit score. The finance officer got us signed somehow without showing us the numbers. Yall have lost a couple of customers for life. Oh and Andre, we better get our survey from toyota, we will be contacting them. There are missing items that were on the msrp sticker that we did not receive. 2 weeks later and we still have a bitter taste in our mouths.
