I had been looking for a decent, low-mileage Rav4 Hybrid for weeks and finally found one online at Toyota of Abilene. I REALLY did not want to deal with a salesman at a dealership but decided to inquire online about the car anyway. Lance Dunn was the one who responded. Over the next several emails, Lance sent me pictures of this recently returned lease, scratches and all. The price was almost $3000 less than one I had been looking at CarMax, so of course I was leery. He gave me his honest opinions about the vehicle's condition and was so calm and low-pressure about it that I decided to give them a try. (1000+ positive Google reviews didn't hurt either!) I was coming in from out of state and Lance and his team were very flexible with the payment terms offered by my credit union. I flew in on a Friday and was driving home in my new (to me) Rav4 by 1pm Saturday. I HIGHLY recommend Lance at Toyota of Abilene! I found them to be very fair and honest.
