I had an appointment. I had talked to Fadi several times over the phone and he seemed to be eager to help. When I got there he was on the look-out for other customers and did not give me any attention. Buying a car is a big investment and I had questions that needed answers. He completely ignored me, he wanted me to not bother him with questions; he was only interested in the people that were possibly going to buy that day. I left and called the manager, he also ignored my concerns. They were both arrogant. I am now dealing with another dealership. Lexus on the Park will never get my business.

Update: A day after I wrote this review they tried contacting me, eventhough they completely ignored my concerns for a month. I'm sure they want me to erase the bad review. Won't happen. If you can help it, don't buy a car from this dealership.
