Last week bought an IS300 from Fadi. His professional and courteous attitude was the best I have had in years when buy a car. He took his time and explained everything in detail so I could understand. I liked one of his first comments to me " I am here to help you get the car you want" I thought that was appropriate and well thought out. Most salesman are there to sell you a car (any car) not there to help you get the car you want. What a great job
