I have been a BMW driver for 10 years. Great car, poor service.
Bought my first Lexus this month based on a friend's experience and Lexus' reliability ratings.
The customer service and support I have received at Lexus on the park (Ben and Sean) far outweighs any service that I have received at BMW, ever. It is a pleasant, gender unbiased
environment and I highly recommend it for women everywhere.
