JULIE ROBINSON: Brian has been the service manager at Lexus from the time I had my first Lexus and now that I am back with them. It always strikes me how stress-free he would make each and every service appointment and I always feel appreciated and well taken care of after each and every appointment. Brian is an important part of the reason I returned to Lexus; servicing is an essential part of owning a vehicle so it is a complete bonus that the person on the other side is so efficient and courteous.
