My wife and I are very pleased with our experience buying a new RX350 at Lexus of Maplewood. We were acquainted with their service department and knew this was where we wanted to buy our next Lexus. We were impressed with the professional, yet personal, attention we were given. Our sales associate did an outstanding job showing us all the features of the 2013 model, and he and the sales manager made it easy for us to become owners of our new vehicle. The service orientation associate did a terrific job teaching us how to use all the features of our new RX350, and the follow-up by him and our sales associate to check on our satisfaction was first rate.
