2 years into the lease and I am not a happy custom...

2 years into the lease and I am not a happy customer. Great vehicle, service team is excellent. However, the sales and finance team, not so much. I was inquiring about sellout / sub lease and the sales person had to reach out to multiple people for every question I had and finally a finance person turns up to tell me some tool is unavailable for him to give me options and later gives me 3k lesser quote than an Acura dealer. No considerations, just low ball on their own car. Unbelievable!

I would like to thank Gloria for her help in patiently answering all my load of questions. With her assistance, I was able to make the right decision and love my new Lexus RX350. Thanks again, Gloria! It was a pleasure.
