I brought my 2010 rx350 to be serviced for a check engine light at 1pm. I was promptly checked in by Mike and given a loaner car. About an hour later, the car was diagnosed. I was texted about the findings and reviewed the report. It gave me an explanation of what they found as well as recommendations for other issues they found. I could approve each recommendation or deny those I wanted to wait on. Less than 4 hours later my car was ready and complete. It was a very seamless process and I am impressed.
