The staff has been very helpful with both purchasing and service. I recently worked with Dan Oanes and purchased a new IS 300. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, but I was still able to drive away in the exact car I wanted only 3 hours later. This car buying experience was by far the quickest and smoothest I've had yet.
