It s unfortunate because the sales people are nice, and the dealership is clean and polished, but the sales tactics include bait and switch, over promising and under delivering. What the sales representative is not what the actual price of the car is. The sales manager will then counter with alternate pricing. This is an interesting tactic, but effective because the sales manager will not come out to say it to you face, but will send a floor manager, and so it s not the fault of the sales person for misrepresenting the sale of the car. I would avoid and go elsewhere. There are more honest Lexus dealerships in the area that value their reputation and the customer experience. Go by the reviews on Yelp and Google, they re accurate. Details: cash buyer for RX350 white with black interior. Brought details from another dealership to match. Said they could match deal with another car similar but not exact on the lot for 1.5K more. When it came to signing, it was sorry we can t do that, we have to charge 5k more, it was a mistake that the sales person offered you the deal. They misunderstood the sales manager. If this starts to sound familiar to you, then avoid at all costs.

Wow! Loved loved this dealership!!!! It was my first time here, and it was my first time shopping for a Lexus. Everyone treated me great, and I got the car that I wished for and within my price range! I couldn t be happier. Nayem was my salesman, and he was so understanding to my needs, cordial and professional. I was offered snacks, water and coffee during my appmt. I also went for 2 test drives, and both went well. Aftwe leasing my car, Nayem patiently took a bunch of photos of me for my Instagram, which I appreciated. The managers and the rest of the staff was also very friendly and everyone congratulated me. I think I m officially think I m a Lexus girl for life THANK YOU!

Don't ever deal with Jose Ramos! I left a deposit to secure a vehicle and Jose promised to return the money on the next business day, incase I change my mind. I had found a much better deal in other dealership and very happy with my new RX350. However it has been 2 weeks since I left my deposit and I am fighting now to have my money back. The worst part of it that Jose gives me an attitude on the phone and denies everything he promised. Stay away from him, you cannot trust that person.

Purchased my car through this dealership because I was particularly impressed with our sales consultant Jin Ha. Shopped around at several dealerships before I settled on this one. I appreciate Jin s honesty and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I got the exact car I wanted at the price I wanted. I am an out-of town internet Lexus CPO buyer and was able to work out a deal with Joseph Kalachian (salesman) within a couple of hours of initial contact by using phone, text, email and fax. Joseph was a great facilitator; he involved his sales manager Michael Maxx to provide me a signed written deal, secured with a refundable security deposit pending final inspection as well as involving his finance manager Angela Becerra to secure financing with Lexus and provide a written confirmation of the principle and interest rate. Joseph understood I needed to feel comfortable with the deal well beyond my trust in Lexus CPO, i.e. no risk/exposure, in order to travel from the Washington, DC area (200+ miles) to inspect and purchase - I was in and out in less than an hour with my CPO Lexus ES350. Joseph was even helpful in the days following to answer questions, provide additional documentation, and get the title and registration back to me. Joseph earned my trust.

It was a lengthy process that took about a month, yet she was patient and communicative. I m extremely satisfied with the help that I have received from her, and I m sure that the company is grateful to have such an asset working for them. Made an appointment, but when i arrived, it didn't seem to exist. After being taken back and forth to some room, I was told the car was at another lot, and by the time i got to the lot via salesperson's hotbox car, i was covered in sweat. Got there, and no plate to test drive... What a waste of time. So be it, got back to the office again, and they low balled my trade in. 40% LESS than their competitors all around. Needless to say i walked out.
You'd expect this 'other lot' nonsense at small 3rd party dealerships. Nayem was quick to give excuses and quick to argue. Terrible experience. Will make sure corporate is aware of this malpractice. I recommend Prestige Lexus instead. Much nicer facility with ample parking, organized appointments, and they don't try to steal your trade-in.
What a shame. Bought my car elsewhere today.

Steven is professional, fast working, and was very attentive. I was able to get the entire lease deal completed in one day (3 hours). There was a slight delay with getting the car due to COVID; they rectified the situation to ensure my satisfaction (30K). The entire staff was professional and spoke to me in person instead of having Steven relay information to me. The dealership is very clean and it is the top LEXUS dealership in New Jersey. They definitely just earned a loyal Lexus customer.

Although I live locally, I have not been able to Lease a vehicle at Lexus of Englewood . I attempted to lease an RX recently, and In the past for two previous leases. In each case I got better pricing and service with more credibility elsewhere. At Lexus of it took weeks to get a return call, I was passed from person to person after being assured I would be dealing with person # 1 , who said he was the sales manager. The pass resulted in a heavy duty sales pitch with no rainbow at the end. If you want double talk and have a lot of time to waste go to Lexus of Englewood .

I have a credit score of 745 and the lowest interest was 5.25% annual percentage rate. For my credit score I found it to high. I spoke to Juan Ospina from the finance department and asked him to take a look on the percentage he gave me and he responded with a mediocre answer. I recommend anyone to insist on a better interest rate if you have a good credit score like I do.

DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR BUSINESS. (This rating deserves "0" stars). We recently purchased a new car from this dealership, and negotiated a price that included the features we wanted -- paying top dollar for a luxury brand vehicle. Only to find out the the clearly un-trained sales guy sold us features that weren't delivered in the car we ended up with. In trying to work through this with dealership management, we were told that the only options were to: 1) return our vehicle and pay more money, at a higher APR, for a new/different vehicle with the features we were sold/expected, or 2) that they would offer us free oil changes for a year. The manager took zero accountability for the lack of knowledge/lying of his sales team, and basically told us that we shouldn't have taken the car. I work in customer service, and this is the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Lexus...I expected better. This is unacceptable for a luxury brand. I can guarantee that, after this experience, we are first and last time customers. We will never purchase from this dealer/brand again.

He knew exactly what I was looking for, and gave me the opportunity to see 4 cars in my price range and style that I was looking for. I called up different dealerships most of them said the price was great and they cant beat it. I finally called up Steve H. He was able to save me over $800.00 on the total lease amount. So happy with my purchase and the service at Lexus of Englewood. Nate Green helped us so much, as we drove from out of state for a pre-owned vehicle. Nate was attentive and patient with all my calls to him in the days prior, and was so gracious, making sure all our concerns were addressed when we arrived. Tony helped us with financing and got us a great rate after we brought up our own pre-arranged bank financing. Receptionist was unnecessarily rude and unwilling to inconvenience herself to make our sale possible- but was not reflective of the rest of the staff at Englewood.

My vehicle was not starting so I called Lexus Service for help (my vehicle is out of warranty). They helped me right away and also provided me with the information that I needed to tow my car. A lady named Yoselin had a loaner ready for me right when I needed it. They fixed my problem in a good amount of time and I was very impressed about that. Yoselin helped me with my bluetooth questions. Overall they have a great staff, and I definitely will be coming back again! :)

I keep getting the run around. This is the first time I've dealt with this dealership after having had 6 Lexus'. Sold my 2015 Cadillac Escalade to this dealsership on July 16th and it's been a month without my cheque or a single call explaining the status. Made number of calls in regard but they are careless about.The purchase manager name is Amir and left a message to his upper manager and will see. I do not recommend selling car or even buying cars from here!!!

Horrible experience, will never shop there again. First of all too schedule an appointment i called multiple times with no answer. When i walked in to see the car, the test drive went well but they wasted my time. They didnt infrom me that the car was sold.(i was really intrested in the car) After multiple days of no responses from the dealer, i finally got a call from them saying the car had been sold. Save yourself from waste of time & the bs and do your car shopping elsewhere!

2 Vehicles purchased at Lexus of Englewood and the Staff Had the audacity to use conventional oil on Vehicle When the Request and fee charged was for Synthetic Oil change which is more costly! Due to that the Vehicle was not performing as expected a neighbor who was a mechanic confirmed the findings !!! We Are Extremely Discouraged and will No Longer Recommend or do any Business with Lexus of Englewood!

Joseph was our salesperson when we visited your business. We had gone to N.Y. from Mo. My son Bryan, his wife Kami and I his mother went to look at a S7 which is a car of my sons dream. We drove over four hours to see the car. I was ready for a pushy salesperson when we got there, but Joseph was the opposite. He was very considerit, not pushy, answered questions, tried to find out if he didn't know, was just nice. Not what I expected. When Bryan decided he was going to buy the car, then came talking about a few things that needed attention since it was a used car. Well, it went easy, much to my surprise. He said,we will take care of it. Next price,and Joseph worked with us. Went better than I thought. Now paper work, took a long time and not once did he act like he was annoyed or anxious since everyone else had gone home because it was quitting time. To top everything off, the day the car was to be delivered, Joseph delivered it himself to Bryan. Remember we are staying over four hours away. Talk about going beyond your scope of duty. Sorry so long but I want you to realize what an asset Joseph is to your company. It would be a great loss to lose him. He is definitely a NUMBER 1 employee

I just don t like this place. I understand that dealerships are notorious for over exaggerating and over charging but this place is special. I had gone in with a 100,000 mile tune up along with fixing a leak I had. After being there for over 3 hours, the service consultant had called me in to their office to tell me I need to change my brake pads and rotors. He told me that they are under 2mm, so thin I shouldn t even be driving! He then puts a $920 bill in front of me. Maybe it s just me but I find it unprofessional to have me sign for what I came in for, and then 3 hours later giving me another bill on top of what I already owe. Also while you re waiting for your car, all the consultants will just walk around with papers in their hands the entire time. Something about this place I just don t like.

I love this dealership they are the best.
I bought a Certified preowned Lexus GSF From
Tri-County Lexus in Little Falls on Rt46 west.
After two weeks of ownership of the car I realize the front left headlight is Rattling on bumps and also getting water in it.
I took the car back to the dealer and ask them to replace it. So after four weeks waiting for my headlight to come from Japan finally they got my car and we picked up the car they only silicone the headlight glued it together. So I called and complained but no respond from the dealer.

So I called Lexus and Englewood.
Juan the manager at service department Went over and beyond to get my headlight warranty from factory.
Droped my car off Monday they gave me a loaner picked up my car on Saturday. Everything went smooth and perfect. Great service and I will definitely use them again in the future.

gave me the number on their displayed on their site and ask her i want no money down and with a high voice she answered it's a common sense that your monthly will be higher if you want no money down and keeps on telling me i need to go to the dealership that is it is just 20 minutes awaa. you don't force your clients to go there!!!!! never again call or inquire here

The service at this dealership is outstanding, professional and excellent.
Blanca Gomez was my assigned sales consultant and I could not be more satisfied with her service. She took the time to let me perform a test drive and allowed me to drive to my house and show the car to my wife. Happy wife, happy life . I wasn t really expecting to have this great service. They said it was my fault for not placing a deposit when I was never even told to place a deposit and tried to make it my fault. Don't waste your time going here. Very disappointed and upset and I wasted my entire day for no reason.

Just recently purchased a Lexus GX460 from this dealership, it happened to pass inspection but after leaving the dealership to take the car home and many close encounters. I came to notice that the signal light in the back did not have a bulb in it. So I stopped by auto zone picked up a bulb but when I came home to install them the screw had absolutely no thread on it, so someone knew that the light hadn t worked but still let the car leave the dealership. You would think that signal lights are tested during a inspection and that you would leave the dealership with a car that is 100% safe on the road but I guess not.

I was surprised by his professionalism, and I would definitely buy my next car from him. He even followed up with me after i left the service department the very next day.

Buying a new car shouldn't be stressful, rather exciting. I'll try to keep this as short as possible. Went to the dealership to test drive the 2021 GX 460. Submitted my credit application and didnt hear back from the sales rep for 3 days (you think they wanna sell). Reached out to him and he told me the sales manager will handle it. Again no response so I called again and left a msg. No call back. Sent a text, no response. Two weeks of waiting for a response after leaving more than 5+ mag's and text. I called them to cancel my application and their GM must of overheard our conversation and requested to speak to me. He apologized and offered to personally help. Gave it a second chance and bought the car. He was very responsive and helpful, even threw in all season floor mats for the invonvienance. Thankful for his generosity, I gifted him a nice bottle of wine.
Three weeks later I find myself in the same situation, no floor mats. I ordered crossbars myself which I got in two days. When asking the parts guy if they had my all season floor mats order and was told they do not have anything in the system, and when they enter it it should arrive in two days. This brings me to believe the order was never submitted for three weeks.
Overall, not a professional experience, frustrating to say the least. I am also in sales and if a client reaches out to me I reach out within the hour or a the very least the end of the day.
