A family member Was SCAMMED at Lexus of EngleWood !
2 Vehicles purchased at Lexus of Englewood and the Staff Had the audacity to use conventional oil on Vehicle When the Request and fee charged was for Synthetic Oil change which is more costly! Due to that the Vehicle was not performing as expected a neighbor who was a mechanic confirmed the findings !!! We Are Extremely Discouraged and will No Longer Recommend or do any Business with Lexus of Englewood!
We are extremely disappointed of the unscrupulous Low Class practice to cheat and steal in such a coward less manner! SHAME ON YOU!
