Made an appointment, but when i arrived, it didn't seem to exist. After being taken back and forth to some room, I was told the car was at another lot, and by the time i got to the lot via salesperson's hotbox car, i was covered in sweat. Got there, and no plate to test drive... What a waste of time. So be it, got back to the office again, and they low balled my trade in. 40% LESS than their competitors all around. Needless to say i walked out.
You'd expect this 'other lot' nonsense at small 3rd party dealerships. Nayem was quick to give excuses and quick to argue. Terrible experience. Will make sure corporate is aware of this malpractice. I recommend Prestige Lexus instead. Much nicer facility with ample parking, organized appointments, and they don't try to steal your trade-in.
What a shame. Bought my car elsewhere today.
