DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR BUSINESS. (This rating deserves "0" stars). We recently purchased a new car from this dealership, and negotiated a price that included the features we wanted -- paying top dollar for a luxury brand vehicle. Only to find out the the clearly un-trained sales guy sold us features that weren't delivered in the car we ended up with. In trying to work through this with dealership management, we were told that the only options were to: 1) return our vehicle and pay more money, at a higher APR, for a new/different vehicle with the features we were sold/expected, or 2) that they would offer us free oil changes for a year. The manager took zero accountability for the lack of knowledge/lying of his sales team, and basically told us that we shouldn't have taken the car. I work in customer service, and this is the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Lexus...I expected better. This is unacceptable for a luxury brand. I can guarantee that, after this experience, we are first and last time customers. We will never purchase from this dealer/brand again.
