Horrible place!!! Do not spend your hard earned money at this delarship. Lexus at Englewood we visited on September 27th 2017 around 6:30pm . Salesperson Mr. Jesus Peralta helped us at the end he said it's all ready closing time so I will call you tomorrow to offer and make a deal. We waited till Saturday never heard back from him.We called and left message still didn't call us back. We were interested buying 2 SUV. I never saw worst customer service even manger said oh will work out a deal and call you it's all lie I mean what kind off a delar don't call back or treat customer like this? I end up going to Lexus in Ramsey excellent customer service love it . This place is only about sweet talk and fake promises .

After inquiring about the 2015 Lexus RC F, these morons quoted me a price for a lexus RC 350. Which I mean, okay, mistakes happen. but then after getting rude with me, tell me that they're asking about $8000 MORE than national average while having 12000 MILES MORE THAN NATIONAL AVERAGE.

I would expect a more professional experience from a "reputable dealership" and more importantly for someone who is especially buying a more expensive, dealer-related brand of pre-owned car.

I could understand if I was inquiring about a Nissan at a Lexus dealership for them to confuse one with another... but when you TELL them the stock number, year, make, and model... don't treat me like I'm a piece of trash because you dropped the ball.

This dealership could not earn my business even if they gave me a FREE car.

I had purchase a car from here. Drove four hours to get the car that I wanted. Romeo DeLuca was my salesperson. Can't tell you how happy I am with my purchase. He made the process so easy and smooth. He made sure I was satisfied with the car. Everyone at the dealership was great to work. Would buy from here again. 100% satisfied

Romeo Deluca not only delivered but explained everything in depths about estimations and apr estimates in COMPLETE detail. He asked all that I would perfer and then outlined my options that best fit my budget . Overall A M A Z I N G experience. Deluca deserves his black Lexus jacket ASAP . Cheers -A.S

As a current lease holder of 2016 Lexus IS300 AWD,...

As a current lease holder of 2016 Lexus IS300 AWD, I m paying less than $350 a month. When I got this lease back in September of 2016, they offered some incentives which were able to lower the original MSRP ($42K) plus they were trying to get rid of 2016 inventories. I paid $3K at signing, and ended up paying for prepaid maintenance and $3K refundable deposit to the Lexus financial. Originally they quoted for more, but I was able to get it down to $343 a month. The sales person was courteous and worked hard with his sales manager to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I showed my gratitude by giving 5 stars on Yelp and Google reviews. Today I m revising my previous review and testimonial from 5 stars to 2 stars.

I recently received a letter from the same dealer for their March Invitation to Lexus promotion. It basically stated in their fine print, they are offering $1725 dealer incentive on top of the $5275 Lexus sales incentive which makes $7K discount on their 2019 IS300 inventories MSRP.

My current lease will be up in 5 months but they said their is no penalty for early upgrade from this letter and also by a sales associate via phone call. Sounds sweet, huh?

I decided to stop by the dealer with my wife to speak to a sales associate and check out a couple of cars. I sit with this sales associate named Kay Yoon . I mentioned to him I m a current lease holder of IS300 and interested in a couple of cars. Also mentioned I may be interested in driving the same IS300 again if the deal is good knowing 2019 IS300 is due for redesign/remodel this year and their sales may not be as great as it s on its last year before the makeover - explains why they re offering $7K incentives only on their IS model.

From the get-go, he goes you may not know this but the actual price/deal will not be even close to the advertised. The same car you re driving IS300, you won t be able to get anything under $400 a month.

I explained to him, I ve leased many cars by various luxury car companies over 20 years and I know typical car makers sales tactics and very aware of the fees they don t include on their advertising. So in other words, I wasn t there to expect to get a $339 a month with $3999 due at signing on $42,219 MSRP 2019 Lexus IS300 as they advertised on the Lexus website - although it sounded very close to my current lease rate.

But I just couldn t understand how bluntly he said that I would have to expect to pay above $400 a month on the same car I m driving with $343 a month. We exchanged some heated arguments and I demanded to get me his best lease deal on one of their IS300 F Sport inventories at $47,863 MSRP. (So this one is about $5-6K above my current IS300 with its options.)

He comes back in five minutes and explained he spoke to his manager and the best lease deal they can offer is $450 a month if I want to do the exact same $3K at signing with 36 month, 10,000/year miles as my current lease. (What happened to the $7K incentives and other available incentives like Lexus royalty customer rebate?)

When I was shopping for my current lease, I also looked at the F Sport one with similar price and even received a monthly quote much lower?

I can tell when they are willing to work with you vs when they care less about your business. I knew they were not interested in keeping me as their customer.

At this point, I explained to him there is no way I ll pay more than $100 a month on the same car (with just 5-6K more in options) I m leasing at $343 a month. If I want to pay $450 a month on a lease car, I will take my business to else where.

I m giving 2 stars to the Lexus of Englewood for their lack of interest and support to keep their current customer.

I m also giving 2 stars to the sales associate Kay Yoon for the way I was being handled and his lack of professionalism.

My current IS300 is the second Lexus I ve leased and will very well be my last!

Mark and Mitch were excellent to work with and made sure that the new car buying experience went very smoothly and quickly. They came through on the price that they promised and delivered the car in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend their expertise.

Scheduled a test drive with them to test es350, showed up on time, then:
- No customer parking and their "complimentary" valet service, looking down to our (not cheap) Hyundai lazily told us to park ourselves near the garbage container.
- Why do you schedule something when you don't feel like you're obligated to honor that time? I had to wait 10 minutes until someone actually came to "help me", only to get looked down again and asked "what do you drive?".
- Then I followed that salesperson to the desk, got couple of papers listing the "features" of the more expensive and loaded car I wouldn't wanna buy anyways.
- The salesperson then disappeared to "prepare" my car for a test drive just to return to say that they are "unprepared" and would not be able to provide me with that opportunity.
- This is pure BS (we have spotted other ES350s driven by the customers in and out of the lot) and if we had not been given an option to drive another car that mean that we have just been showed to the door, which never had happened before in our experience working with the dealerships.
To the management - this is not gonna change anything because that's the way you operate and make money. Your staff is carefully and thoroughly trained to make sure that the deal is made today. They look at the customers wrists instead of the customers souls. Good for you, you got the perfect location for that. We just showed a genuine interest of buying a Lexus and you showed us to the door.
To Lexus - don't worry, if you car is worth it, we're gonna have it, even if it takes time to drive somewhere far away from that black hole of the dealership business - Englewood, NJ.

P.S. You shouldn't copy-paste your replies because I'm definitely not Mr. Lee. Secondly - should you've read my review you would realized that my situation can't be "rectified".

We bought new Lexus ES250, we had Nayem as our salesman. Nayem was great, he helped us with our options during our series of discussions as pre-buying process? Nayem wasn t pushy at all and gave us space to decide. More important is the way he is supporting us with questions as post sales process. I just call him for any help regarding features that I want to understand. Our experience at Englewood Lexus was good. I will recommend Nayem as your go to person.

I went to Lexus of Englewood to test drive one of my options as my first car and words can t express how grateful I am to have cross paths with Tae on such an important purchase. Tae is a very professional and patient. He s very knowledgeable about his work and helpful! Very nice dealership. Very attentive staff, however, I found that they are very pushy. As a consumer, you are always in control. This dealership has a definite policy of aggressiveness, and this can push buyers away. I also felt a little subtle belligerence. The salesmans name is Ryan Yook. I am not knocking the place, and I would actually recommend them. I think they will try to match any price. Thank you.

This dealership and their staff exceeded my expectations. The personal service and attention is exceptional. They stand behind their product and strive to make sure each customer is satisfied. Everyone from Tim the manager, to Max and Melissa in finance, and Mitch in sales were respectful, diligent and most importantly honest. That is why my family has bought all their vehicles from Lexus of Englewood and that is why I will continue to be a customer for years to come.
