Joseph was our salesperson when we visited your business. We had gone to N.Y. from Mo. My son Bryan, his wife Kami and I his mother went to look at a S7 which is a car of my sons dream. We drove over four hours to see the car. I was ready for a pushy salesperson when we got there, but Joseph was the opposite. He was very considerit, not pushy, answered questions, tried to find out if he didn't know, was just nice. Not what I expected. When Bryan decided he was going to buy the car, then came talking about a few things that needed attention since it was a used car. Well, it went easy, much to my surprise. He said,we will take care of it. Next price,and Joseph worked with us. Went better than I thought. Now paper work, took a long time and not once did he act like he was annoyed or anxious since everyone else had gone home because it was quitting time. To top everything off, the day the car was to be delivered, Joseph delivered it himself to Bryan. Remember we are staying over four hours away. Talk about going beyond your scope of duty. Sorry so long but I want you to realize what an asset Joseph is to your company. It would be a great loss to lose him. He is definitely a NUMBER 1 employee
