I was pleased with the fast, friendly, and professional service that I received.

I called SC Lexus based on a Lease Special I saw advertised on the CT200h. I dealt with Hakam and Chris R. Both were low pressure, obviously they wanted to sell a car but they weren't the stereotypical salespeople. I test drove 4 cars and settled on a used CT200h with extended warranty. The process was probably the easiest I ever had. I'm happy with the decision I made both on the car and the dealership.

Brought our RX350 in for normal service. As usual, the staffs support was 'over the top'. You all make it too easy...from the moment I arrived to the time I was in a loaner car was literally minutes. The service was completed on time and the pick up process was also efficient. Thank you!

We felt very well taken care of and attended to by everyone involved. We were very impressed by the long test drive we were able to have. We feel we paid a fair price for the car and happy with the fact that the transaction didn't take too long to process.

The facility is clean and comfortable. Sales managers were friendly and responsive, both via email and in person. The whole purchase process was transparent and took reasonable amount of time. Thank you!

Great experience buying a used Lexus here. Best price (by far) in Southern California for the hybrid I was looking for. Jason, my salesman, was very nice, prepared, knowledgable and respectful of my time. Bennett, the finance guy, also provided clear and concise information as he walked me through the final paperwork. What an outstanding dealership and team of sales professionals. I was in the market for an SUV but wasn't sure exactly what i wanted. South county Lexus has a program where you can borrow a car you are interested in and run it through your daily routine. I was unaware of the program until Tim Tran the sales Pro and Brad Merda the internet sales Dir made me aware of it. I took advantage of the program and ended up really appreciating the quality of the Lexus RX350 and how it fit into my world. I ended up purchasing the vehicle the next day and am extremely happy with the overall experience and vehicle i ended up with.

This was my first time getting a car from Lexus at Mission Viejo. It was a great experience. I worked with Bradley and he was so helpful throughout the entire process.

I live in San Diego, so I wasn't able to actually meet him in person, the whole process was done through email and text. Bradley even offered to bring the car down to San Diego for me which I really appreciated. I did go up to pick my car + from start to finish, it took me a hour to get out of there.

Pricing was very competitive and they worked hard to get me the best deal. I will definitely be getting my next Lexus from them.

Ted Bokhari provided excellent sales support and follow-up. He was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and did everything possible that he could to give great customer service.

Hans was helpful with financing and very thorough in reviewing all the paperwork.

My husband and I just leased an IS300 Sport and a NX300 Sport last week. We have continued to buy or lease from South County Lexus for many years now because of their excellent service and customer care. The sales representative, Jason Thomas, was the best we have ever had. He is a total professional, none threatening, very knowledgeable and couldn't have been more accommodating to our needs! Furthermore, Gina Neumeyer, the general manager, was there for us, making sure the deal was done to our satisfaction. She always makes the customer feel important and cared about and is an exceptional general sales manager! The reason we keep coming back to Lexus is because of people I mentioned above! We just purchased a CPO RX from South County Lexus in Mission Viejo & couldn t be happier with the experience. Our Guest Experience Manager was Katrina Brown & she was off the charts outstanding, no high pressure, 100% integrity & customer service!

In our opinion, Katrina is the bright star at South county Lexus & the personification of customer service where they actually care about the customer, not just closing the sale!

We also interacted with a few other wonderful staff including Patrick Lustig Jr., Barrett Harlin, Ryan Hanson, Amadeusz Stasiak & Patrick Victoria who were also very professional & gracious so the customer service culture most likely starts somewhere at the top near Lustig Jr.

We live in San Diego and decided to buy from SCL Mission Viejo for 3 reasons: customer service from Katrina Brown, fair prices and an excellent selection of Certified cars in top condition. Their selection is far better than any dealer in San Diego county so we encourage anyone in Southern California looking for a Lexus to make sure to visit SCL MV *AND ask for Katrina!*.

Great experience with Greg Holley in sales and the finance team at South County Lexus. Absolutely no pressure on what make or model to purchase and worked for our best financing option. This is my second vehicle I purchased there and I would refer the service and pricing to anyone.

Recently moved from Texas, after federal retirement, and found out that there was a glitch in the service record completed by the dealership I obtained the car from. Isaac Lam and his manager worked with me and resolved the matter in very short order, which allowed my car to be serviced.

Thanks to Ted who originally sold me the car and Rick who I go to every time (except once) when I need any work on the car, it has been a 5 star experience! Everyone is super friendly and efficient & they always give me good loaner cars! The only time I went to another service rep I was not happy as they did not have the oil checked, but when I returned Rick went above and beyond to help solve the issues and make me a happy customer again! I really enjoyed the welcoming attitude and prompt service that Carlos Medelin provided. He explained what was would be done and specified the time frame required for the work so that I can manage my time. The work was done properly within the specified time frame. The entire staff is really friendly and the dealership is a pleasant, clean and inviting place to hang around at while you are waiting. It is not the closest dealership to my house, but I love going back to South County Lexus.

This place is basically a used cars a lot with no one around to help you. It does get two stars because they do have one fantastic person in finance by the name of Ryan that actually does his job and was a pleasure to work with. Other than that run from this place pretty much a horrible experience all around other than finance.The general manager of used car sales is one of the most horrible people you will ever want to meet on the face of Earth. She seems to think she's doing you a favor and has a sharp tongue towards customers which made up my mind to never visit this dealership again.

The service I have received from South County Lexus and particularly my service rep RGD has been exceptional. I have been a customer for close to 4 years and their staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Sales guy was nice and finance guy was cool but let me tell you about the rest of my experience. We purchased a used Hyundai Elantra for my daughters 16th birthday two months ago (it s been a great little car).
When I was looking at the car before purchase I turned on the A/C and hear a fluttering noise. They took it back to the mechanics and they said I needed a new blower and the would give me the part at cost $380 (actual cost $89). I decided to do the repair my self thanks to YouTube. I went to the local auto parts store and ordered the part and decided to buy a new cabin filter since both are located in the same area. Upon removing the glovebox and cover I found the existing cabin filter was about half of the size of the one I purchased. With the filter exposed I turned on the A/C and watched the small filter bouncing up and down in the slot (cause of fluttering). I swapped out the filter ($20) and closed it back up. PROBLEM SOLVED!
The second exciting news is reflected in the pictures. They did some touch-up paint and the areas the touched up are bubbling, you can see paint drips, and over spray on the grill. If you buy a used car from there make sure to do a close inspection of EVERYTHING and get a second opinion before relying on the in-house mechanics.

Last week my Lexus alarm went off and would not shut off. I had to have my car towed to South County Lexus. I thought it was a battery problem...how wrong I was. A mouse had crawled into my engine, made a nest and ate some of my car....GROSS. My service adviser was Eric. He was AWESOME. He showed me the nest and completely explained what needed to be done. He offered me a loaner car which was sooooo nice. I didn't need one but was appreciative for the offer. Eric kept me posted on everything including when my car would be ready. Service was excellent, my car runs excellent and I could not have been happier. I usually try to avoid bringing my car to a dealership but I was really happy I brought it to South County. If and when I need to, I'll be back!!!! Thanks ERIC!!!! You are the best!!!

Never buy a used car here. they sold me a broken Mercedes (shaking rpm, broken transmission, broken park brake) after I came back and told them that, they did a diagnostic and said everything is perfect, we didn t find any issues (just because it didn t show check engine light or codes). Very unprofessional used car manager who doesn t now anything about cars, just now how to sell them

Ted Bokhari knows how to make people comfortable when discussing Lexus automobiles. This is a rare characteristic that keeps me coming back to lease a new vehicle at South County Lexus. Matt in financing is also excellent. The service department at South County Lexus is the only place I have ever serviced my Lexus vehicles.

Salesman, Greg, was great. The technical help before and after leaving the dealer great. Very happy with the car. Still learning the new Navigation system bit by bit.

Joe Cram is such a great salesperson for Lexus. He knows the brand well. I m a long time Lexus owner so it s hard to impress me. But he sure did! . He s fun to work with, and he made it a very quick and painless process to get in and out the door. I picked my car out online, applied online, and then came to pickup and got to see Joe. Never saw the guy who sent me an email online initially, but that was irrelevant. Joe was such a great guy to work with! I ll definitely be coming back to see him in August to buy my daughter her first car! He s one of a kind! Ryan in finance was great as well. He made it quick and precise. No big sales pitch on products. He let me decide on my own and made it all happen. This is a great dealership that won t let you down. There s many Lexus dealers here in OC. We are completely satisfied with the service, except during cleaning of the car they never clean inside the vehicle? Please note that car wash after the service , must include inside of the car too.

South County Lexus simply has the best customer service! I drive an extra 20 miles to South County Lexus to have my car serviced instead of using the local Tustin Lexus simply because South County has better service and an awesome loaner car program. Was there yesterday for service & recall matters. Luis took care of my issues and was kind enough to top off my gas and install new wipers for free. I didn't even ask for it =)

I have been going to South County for service since I bought my car in 2007. I have always been treated fairly and courteously. They explain everything perfectly and completely. I highly recommend their service department.

Ronnie did an outstanding job of keeping me informed of the progress of the service on my 2008 LS 460. Additionally a technician was able to find a problem with my headlights not shutting off. In brief it had to do with a door sensor and it was extremely rare so I'm grateful that they kept at it to find a solution. Intermittent problems are the worst. Great job by Ronnie and the Tech whose name I don't know.

South County Lexus provides top-notch service that you won't be able to find at any other Lexus dealer in Southern California. Our dealer, Roger Mehr was very helpful throughout the whole process. We called in to reserve the car two days before picking it up and they were kind enough to hold it for us. When we arrived at the lot, we were welcomed with a big red bow on top of the car, just in time for Mother's Day; and they helped us set up all of the technical aspects of the car and show us the ropes. Roger was extremely helpful even after we left dealership, checking up on us the following day to make sure we had everything we needed. It didn't feel like we went through a run-of-the-mill car dealer - the people that work here really care about the relationship they build with you and continue to service you well beyond what any standard dealer would. Highly recommend coming here if you're interested in getting a luxury car in the near future!

Darius is your go to guy. I came to him thinking of a new car because I was tired of my BMW. There is a major difference in service, reliability, cost, and experience. It's one thing for a sales team to give you guarantees and exciting offers of your new Lexus experience; but following through with these expectations is another. No joke, this is my first Google review. I couldn't help writing this because of the excellent customer service I received. I'm new to Lexus and needed to get my 30k service done so I Googled Lexus dealerships near me. Tustin Lexus was closer to work. Called them and asked what's included in the 30k service and how much it'll cost me. The rep told me what's included and said it'll cost $670 because 30k is a major service. Ouch. I swallowed that and made the appointment.

Later that day I looked up South County Lexus and saw all of the positive Google reviews so I called and asked the same questions. Curiously, the rep started asking me questions, "When did you buy the car? Where did you buy the car?" This was unexpected. Well, after first looking into the car's history the South County Lexus rep found that the dealer I purchased the car from already completed most of the maintenance items that are typically done at 30K prior to selling me the car a couple months ago. Hence, all I needed was an oil change! Oh, and per new Lexus guidelines, since I bought the car in 2016 my first service was FREE.

If that's not the definition of great customer service then I don't know what is. Great job guys. Way to earn me as a client before I even step onto your property. Needless to say I did not keep my other appointment and scheduled one at South County Lexus.

Had a meeting with Daniel from service & he walked me through the car & help answer all of my concerns.
Result - Have kept the car & my wife loves it & will def.. recommends south county lexus to others.
