Dealership GM - Pat Lustig - Phenomenal leader & stands by Lexus 100%

Leased a Lexus 460 - had some concerns on the air escape noise when applying the breaks & wanted to return the lease. Pat Lustig stood by his product & was ready to unwind the lease to keep a customer happy.
Had a meeting with Daniel from service & he walked me through the car & help answer all of my concerns.
Result - Have kept the car & my wife loves it & will def.. recommends south county lexus to others.
