Last week my Lexus alarm went off and would not shut off. I had to have my car towed to South County Lexus. I thought it was a battery problem...how wrong I was. A mouse had crawled into my engine, made a nest and ate some of my car....GROSS. My service adviser was Eric. He was AWESOME. He showed me the nest and completely explained what needed to be done. He offered me a loaner car which was sooooo nice. I didn't need one but was appreciative for the offer. Eric kept me posted on everything including when my car would be ready. Service was excellent, my car runs excellent and I could not have been happier. I usually try to avoid bringing my car to a dealership but I was really happy I brought it to South County. If and when I need to, I'll be back!!!! Thanks ERIC!!!! You are the best!!!
