No joke, this is my first Google review. I couldn't help writing this because of the excellent customer service I received. I'm new to Lexus and needed to get my 30k service done so I Googled Lexus dealerships near me. Tustin Lexus was closer to work. Called them and asked what's included in the 30k service and how much it'll cost me. The rep told me what's included and said it'll cost $670 because 30k is a major service. Ouch. I swallowed that and made the appointment.

Later that day I looked up South County Lexus and saw all of the positive Google reviews so I called and asked the same questions. Curiously, the rep started asking me questions, "When did you buy the car? Where did you buy the car?" This was unexpected. Well, after first looking into the car's history the South County Lexus rep found that the dealer I purchased the car from already completed most of the maintenance items that are typically done at 30K prior to selling me the car a couple months ago. Hence, all I needed was an oil change! Oh, and per new Lexus guidelines, since I bought the car in 2016 my first service was FREE.

If that's not the definition of great customer service then I don't know what is. Great job guys. Way to earn me as a client before I even step onto your property. Needless to say I did not keep my other appointment and scheduled one at South County Lexus.
