I rented the scale and the service and the support was great! Aislinn came to drop it off to my location, she trained me and she came back to pick it up. Very accurate service. She texted/emailed me during the rental time to make sure that everything was ok.
With the scale I was able to monitor the feeding issues that my son had and I was also able to better understand his feeding patterns for a successful and long breastfeeding.

I called the New Mummy Company for overnight support after my recent c-section. My husband was traveling and I needed help with feeding etc and also needed to get some sleep!

Alison took excellent care of both Ben and me and was an absolute delight to have around. I enjoyed the time we spent chatting about Ben and of course the excellent sleep I got while she cared for our little guy. Alison cared for him like her own and you can tell she truly loves her job! She genuinely cares about our baby and the entire family.

Overall the whole company was great to deal with. Booking was easy and they have been very responsive whenever I reach out to book time. We ve had Alison back several nights and it has made an incredible impact on our ability to handle a new addition to the family in a healthy way for me, my husband and our 4 year old daughter.

I would highly recommend this service and will be making a night nanny gift certificate our go-to gift for showers and new baby gifts!

We are first time parents and are completely on our own. Our family members can't come and support as previously planned due to COVID travel restrictions. Our newborn was waking up every 10~20 minutes and we were both exhausted. It's stressful as we both had to work and had a senior dog to take care of on top of the baby. We came across New Mummy on Google. Honestly, we didn't know what to expect and were skeptical because we knew nothing about the company and was not sure if we could trust someone we found on the internet with our baby. It took us a few days of thinking before filling out the lengthy online application form. We then soon received a call and very professional follow up email from New Mummy. Neil and Lindsay (?) were so amazingly helpful, responsive, and matched us with a night nanny, Janice, right away. They emailed us her resume before we met her on Zoom for an interview. Janice has impressive track record with newborns. She's a nurse and has experience of taking care of numerous babies including twins and triplets. We booked her for a few nights in a row and had never slept that well since the baby was born. We can't thank New Mummy and Janice enough for the support and professional service. We highly recommend them to all families with a newborn!!

I would highly recommend The New Mummy Company services if any new mom out there is looking for a breast pump rental. They were amazing in providing me quick service especially on my third day home from the hospital and help looking for a one month rental of a breast pump. I was able to use the hospital graded pump for my daughter without any issues and for a great price. The chief baby driver was kind, helpful and made drop off and pick up easy since new moms are busy and have a lot to handle as it is. Thanks again for all your help.

I cannot say enough about how amazing the New Mummy Company is! My husband and I attended the Birth Basics class which was so informative and helpful!
I have also rented a breast pump from them twice and they have been extremely helpful, professional and kind! They went above and beyond staying open later so my mum could pick up the pump so we could leave the hospital shortly after my little one was born, gave us a lovely package of diapers and was very fast responding to some questions I had about improving my pumping sessions. When I rented the pump the second time they delivered it within 1.5 hours!

The New Mummy Company delivers all the knowledge new parents need in a convenient package as they travel to you. At almost 9 months pregnant it's hard to really do anything or go anywhere at this point so having them travel to me was worth all the money and then some. Moreover our instructor Milad who taught us infant cpr was great with us, he was knowledgeable, personable and we left very well informed. Additionally he is a doctor, I never thought we would be learning first hand from a doctor that was an amazing bonus we were not expecting. Thank you Milad and The New Mummy Company!!

Lindsay was a lifesaver when I was having difficulty feeding my 2 month old. She was very attentive and was able to get me a phone consult with a lactation consultant within an hour. She also arranged for the lactation consult to do a home visit the next day. The LC, Caitlin was amazing. Really through in her assessment and provided helpful solutions and a clear plan. Completely eased my nerves. Can t say enough good things.

Just did an infant CPR and first aid course was fantastic. Instructor made this hands on and very easy for the group to understand and relate to.

I rented a hospital grade breast pump from The New Mummy Company and would highly recommend! They were very helpful, delivered the pump to my door and picked it up included in the monthly fee! They followed up once I had the pump to see if I had any questions and to make sure everything was going well. And the pump worked extremely well!

The care and customer service with this company was god sent at a really hard and devastating point in my life. They make the delivery and pick up so easy. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable about their products and breastfeeding in general. Aislinn was the representative I met and she was a midwife in Ireland. She answered so many of my new mother questions. They frequently checked up on me, making sure everything worked smoothly. After finding out that I needed the pump for my cancer treatment, they kindly lent it to me free of charge for several months out of the goodness of their heart. Caring people running businesses like these should be supported! Could not have asked for a better company. The hospital grade pump was really worth it.

My experience using the New Mummy Company was amazing. I ordered to rent a hospital grade Ameda pump for a month. I was recently in pre-term labour and found the pump I had original bought was not extracting enough milk compared to when I was in the NICU at the hospital using their Ameda pump. Not only the New Mummy Company not break the bank for the rental but I received the pump the same day I ordered it. And to make their services even better I was also given a large sample bag with so many good items inside. It all definitely lifted my spirits through the hard time of my baby being in the NICU. I highly recommend.

I rented a Medela Symphony Pump here and the service was excellent. Everyone was so helpful and the pickup service offered great. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service! The choice to rent a hospital grade pump was the best one I made - I had trouble with my milk coming in and thanks to having the pump at home I was able to breastfeed my daughter like I wanted!

The staff is super friendly and knowledgable and they come straight to your house which is very convinient when you are a new mom and you have a newborn at home. Loved the whole experience - Thank you!

New Mummy Company and their Baby Driver program were amazing! Drop off and pick up of the pump at my house definitely saved a long trip with a little baby. Plus they helped me get all setup to use it and were there every step of the way if I had questions. Payment and renewals were so easy and quick. I would recommend this service to all moms!

We just completed an at home cpr/choking session with Milad. He arrived at our house on time with several hands-on teaching aids and was an extremely knowledgeable instructor who was well organized and kept his 3 hour session moving in a smooth and relaxed manner. His presentation included a slideshow with many opportunities for us to practice our new knowledge (AED, cpr on adult and baby, choking on adult/child/baby). This was an informative course and we would refer Milad to others wanting to learn about this topic.

Before I gave birth, I decided to rent a pump because I wasn't sure how breastfeeding would go and I didn't want to invest in a very expensive pump . I rented the hospital grade Medela pump for the first two months, and I could not be more impressed with the prompt service and the quality of the pump . My pump was delivered to my home by Aislinn, who was extremely knowledgeable and so friendly and warm as well. She took the time to explain to me how to use the different settings on the pump and how to make the most out of pumping. By the end of my baby's first month, I had a decent stash of breastmilk in the freezer. After that, I then decided to buy a smaller more portable pump. Aislinn came back and picked up the pump I was renting .
This service is so convenient for new moms. The pumps they offer are also very efficient and high quality pumps that are much more powerful than the smaller portable ones. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to any new mom.

AMAZING!!! Don't hesitate! Our babies came earlier than expected, one phone call to The New Mummy Company and they showed up within hours of their birth, complete guidance and getting us prepared for pumping. Worked like a charm and I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend them to anyone!

Had such a great experience with The New Mummy Company. I used them for night nanny services for my twins so my husband and I were able to get some restful nights during the first few months. Maria was fantastic and felt very comfortable having her take care of the twins and she gave us great advice for assisting with creating healthy sleep habits. Would recommend the company to anyone.

As a female entrepreneur running a growing business I knew I needed an extra set of hands when my second daughter arrived last February. My husband and I did the 3 hour CPR and first aid course in our home. It was amazing. He is a great teacher. I would take a refresher course from him in the future any time.

I can t even find the words to explain how good their services are. If there was 6 stars I would choose it! I found everything to be too good to be true, easy and friendly. Motherhood is hard enough and I find their whole team is striving to make everything as easy as possible. They dropped off and collected my pump free of charge and fully explained how to use it and have been there every time I ve had a question. It s really impacted my first few weeks as a new mum! I used a medela single pump for my first baby but i didnt know enough about what i was doing and didnt know there was even a difference in what pump to use so for my second baby i decided to get some proper help and support by contacting Maria at The New Mummy Company. She educated me so much in why my last pump was not fit for what i needed and advised me not only what pumps would suit my needs but as to the why and how to use it. I chose the double pump freestyle medela pump and i have never looked back. Once demonstrated to me its so easy to use and has a comfort setting which you allocate yourself. Its so easy to use my four year old insists on putting it on for me now and pressing the buttons. Something i never knew existed until Maria showed me was the pumping bra which has changed my life as it means i am not stuck on the couch or in bed pumping that i can actually get up and about, even do some washing up while i pump. Services and product highly recommended and all under one roof!!
