Joe Cram is such a great salesperson for Lexus. He knows the brand well. I m a long time Lexus owner so it s hard to impress me. But he sure did! . He s fun to work with, and he made it a very quick and painless process to get in and out the door. I picked my car out online, applied online, and then came to pickup and got to see Joe. Never saw the guy who sent me an email online initially, but that was irrelevant. Joe was such a great guy to work with! I ll definitely be coming back to see him in August to buy my daughter her first car! He s one of a kind! Ryan in finance was great as well. He made it quick and precise. No big sales pitch on products. He let me decide on my own and made it all happen. This is a great dealership that won t let you down. There s many Lexus dealers here in OC.
