Ronnie did an outstanding job of keeping me informed of the progress of the service on my 2008 LS 460. Additionally a technician was able to find a problem with my headlights not shutting off. In brief it had to do with a door sensor and it was extremely rare so I'm grateful that they kept at it to find a solution. Intermittent problems are the worst. Great job by Ronnie and the Tech whose name I don't know.
