I want to thank South County Lexus, my service rep Luis Nieves, and Armondo the service tech, for fixing 2 very difficult-to-find noises that developed in my 460LS. Everyone involved stuck with it until the sources of these noises were determined. And Lexus stood behind it s CPO warranty even though the cost of the fixes exceeded the original cost of the CPO warranty. I bought a Lexus because of it s top quality reputation, and your team has proven beyond any shadow of a doubt that my faith in Lexus was justified.
