Thanks to Ted who originally sold me the car and Rick who I go to every time (except once) when I need any work on the car, it has been a 5 star experience! Everyone is super friendly and efficient & they always give me good loaner cars! The only time I went to another service rep I was not happy as they did not have the oil checked, but when I returned Rick went above and beyond to help solve the issues and make me a happy customer again!
