Lee & his family are great people!
My family has had a membership here about 15 yrs. this is an Old School, No Frills Gym, that is more than fairly priced. I started there because of location, Now, we wouldn't go anywhere else. When Lee isn't there, he always has someone that is Personable & Helpful!! Be sure to give em a try, tell em Billyclub sent ya!!

I like a lot! The people is what makes the experience great! The gym isn't in the best shape but it has what I need, it's nothing like planet fitness which I love. If you want to make gains this is the gym for you!

This gym... where do I begin? First, it's an established gym and has been around for a long time, and yes, it does need work, BUT, the staff is very helpful even though they could be a little more friendly, The guy behind the front desk most of the time never seems to know anything, and he has been there for several years.
For a long time, there was no one really cleaning the gym on a regular basis and it has developed an odor that is very unappealing. Lately, though, I have noticed the lady from the childcare room has started cleaning a lot. The stairs are light grey now but they were black for a long time. The atmosphere has changed in the past few weeks it is coming back to life in there. The bathrooms and showers have shown a lot of improvement, also, the new equipment downstairs is wonderful and the pool area plants are coming back to life! It would be awesome if the hot tub could be updated and kept more clean. I think that the owner is taking some positive steps toward bringing this place back to its former glory, and I am glad, I will be glad to see what improvements he has in store next! I love the lady upstairs in the child care room, She has really changed things there, the staff seem to be happier and more structured. My niece's kids love being in there with Miss Dannie, she really knows how to keep the kids entertained! I have seen her interact with all of the kids, younger, older, and with disabilities. That says a lot about the kind of people that the owner has finally got working for him. Quality people, positive changes and a clean energetic atmosphere will keep people like my family coming. I almost quit this gym, but I am glad to see the changes so I wont have to.
This place is GROSS!! I seriously can t believe it s even open. Pool and hot tub are are disgusting. Weight equipment must be 20+ years old. Benches are full of holes, etc. You d be better off going anywhere but here.

Smells strongly of mold. Most of floor is carpeted and filthy. Entire facility is Filthy. Machines apparently not maintained or cleaned and many are dangerously malfunctioning. Childcare is dismal and depressing with no accountability. My child apparently cried in fear after I left and no one came to get me nor comforted her. Not handicap accessible.
Awesome place! friendly people and it's improving a lot over the last few months. New machines, and the weight benches are also getting a face lift I noticed this week. All of these things are great to see. Very refreshing especially for the people like me who have been here for many years. We can't wait to see what else Lee has up his sleeves for this gym. I love this place a lot, it's a second home for me and my family.

When I called with a question I was directed to the owner, Lee. He provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I hope others will not waste their time here and will go find a place that offers their paying customers respect and professionalism.
