We just purchased a CPO RX from South County Lexus in Mission Viejo & couldn t be happier with the experience. Our Guest Experience Manager was Katrina Brown & she was off the charts outstanding, no high pressure, 100% integrity & customer service!

In our opinion, Katrina is the bright star at South county Lexus & the personification of customer service where they actually care about the customer, not just closing the sale!

We also interacted with a few other wonderful staff including Patrick Lustig Jr., Barrett Harlin, Ryan Hanson, Amadeusz Stasiak & Patrick Victoria who were also very professional & gracious so the customer service culture most likely starts somewhere at the top near Lustig Jr.

We live in San Diego and decided to buy from SCL Mission Viejo for 3 reasons: customer service from Katrina Brown, fair prices and an excellent selection of Certified cars in top condition. Their selection is far better than any dealer in San Diego county so we encourage anyone in Southern California looking for a Lexus to make sure to visit SCL MV *AND ask for Katrina!*.
