I really enjoyed the welcoming attitude and prompt service that Carlos Medelin provided. He explained what was would be done and specified the time frame required for the work so that I can manage my time. The work was done properly within the specified time frame. The entire staff is really friendly and the dealership is a pleasant, clean and inviting place to hang around at while you are waiting. It is not the closest dealership to my house, but I love going back to South County Lexus.
Highly recommend it. Dealing with them completes the entire great experience of Lexus ownership. Thank you!
