We called in to reserve the car two days before picking it up and they were kind enough to hold it for us. When we arrived at the lot, we were welcomed with a big red bow on top of the car, just in time for Mother's Day; and they helped us set up all of the technical aspects of the car and show us the ropes. Roger was extremely helpful even after we left dealership, checking up on us the following day to make sure we had everything we needed. It didn't feel like we went through a run-of-the-mill car dealer - the people that work here really care about the relationship they build with you and continue to service you well beyond what any standard dealer would.
