My husband and I have been buying cars here for about 10 years now. We love that so many of the sales guys and managers have been there a long time. We always have had fast service and none of the monkey business. They have made the buying process so much easier than other dealerships. They are not pushy or pretentious. They are in jeans and t-shirts and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. We have sent several friends and family members to buy cars and no one has ever had an issue. If any problem comes up, the managers are quick to resolve it. If you are unreasonable, you will have a problem no matter where you go.

Took my vehicle in to get some service done and Tim Larsen did a Great job from the first phone call setting the appointment and picking it back up. I originally called Principle VW in irving and they told me no one had the part I needed and said the only way to fix my concern is with a small kit and does not replace the part told me a price of $1,300... way more than the replacing of the part which I knew the price was around $940 for parts and labor. Principle told me the 940 was just the part and no labor. So he just straight lied to me and told me he would call back and never did. Called Tim at Bobby Becks VW and he said they had the part and it was going to be 924 plus tax and it was in stock. Immediately gained trust in Tim and set the appointment. The technician Randy Henscheid
gave the best video of the concerns on my car! Also Principle VW is 5 mins from my house and Bobby Becks is close to 30 mins away. 100% worth the extra distance! Will be coming back for service in the future!

Worst ever!
The people at this place put a fake mask and are very very shady. They will really rip you off. Would never do business. If you want the whole story read ahead.

This is the experience with sales.

I went there recently for a new VW. I went here just because this place it close to my house. The vehicle I was shopping for was listed for $3000 less at Rusty Wallis VW in Garland. I had to negotiate with these guys for more than one hour and finally they agreed to bring down the price to almost match the price in Garland. Still it was $200 more. And this did not include window tinting ($400 more for that). But, the Garland dealership included Window tinting in their price.

OK. After almost an hour of negotiations, the manager came and told me that I would not be eligible for the 0% APR since they slashed the price so much and that they had to take a huge loss. Yea right. And the best they could offer me was 2.69 %. 0.2% more than the best in the market. I figured that this was a norm since a lot of dealers give either a price cut or a good rate. Not both.

OK.. then I walk into the Business office for the loan work. This is where the messed up part begins. The loan guy gives me 5 offers. Here comes the Upsell. Their Platinum Warranty which ranges from the best to the basic. The basic was $34 more per month in addition to the monthly payment and the best was a whopping $90 more per month. I did want the warranty which extends my bumper to bumper from 36 months to 72 months. He even was going to add Gap insurance for $5 more per month. Which is absolutely ridiculous because, I was putting almost 1/3 of the loan amount in cash... and with that much Down Payment its stupid to even get Gap insurance. And this... the finance guy did not even care of sharing with me. And he was actually convincing me to get the Gap insurance. He completely refused to work with me to negotiate the price of the warranty down and kept asking me what I wanted my payments to be and that he can extend the loan term to bring the payments down.

I told him that I had to take a break and that I would come back to complete the process.

I immediately called the garland dealership, and when I told him that the terms that Lewisville was offering me.. he immediately cut the price of the Warranty in half for a $1000 instead of $2000. So, according to this I was saving $200 on the price of the car which had tinting (another $400) and $1000 off Warranty. This was a savings of $1600.

Calling Lewisville did not do much as they came down to only $1400 on the Warranty price.

I went on down to Garland. As soon as I entered , they asked me to pick which ever vehicle I wanted from 8 choices compared to just 2 at Lewisville. Gave me the keys to the car I wanted and asked me take it for a ride. I came back, they got my credit application running right away. The Business manager came.. and told me that he has all the numbers that I negotiated for.. put everything down in the computer.. and here comes the best part.. GAVE ME 0% APR on the entire loan. He told me that VW was offering this to all the dealerships no matter how much they cut the prices and that Lewisville SHOULD have given it to me. On top of that, this guy also told me that Lewisville was cheating me on charging me the GAP insurance since I was putting more than 1/3 of the loan amount as Down payment and that I would be losing money on it. And it gets better. He offers me the Titanium Protection Plan for $400 which has an MSRP of $1000. He literally gave me the deal of my life.

My savings. $3000 on the price of the car.
Savings on the interest : $1400
Savings on the warranty: $1000
Savings on the price diff from Lewisville and Garland: $200
Window Tint saving: $400.

Total Savings: $6000.
I saved a total of $3200 just by going to Garland.

I am definitely going back to Rusty Wallis for my car needs and will always recommend them to everyone.

Would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to Lewisville VW.

Leo Sangiovanni was the sales agent that helped me when I walked into Lewisville Volkswagen. Ended up being the greatest and easiest experience I ve ever had buying a vehicle. Leo took time to understand what I needed and went from there, awesome personality and vary caring. After making vehicle purchase Leo still checks in from time to time just willing to assist in anything. As a customer I ll always recommend Leo when visiting Lewisville Volkswagen dealer.

I went to this place 2 weeks ago and they were awesome! Being new in the city I have to find places to take care of all my necessities, this place will most definitely handle my car needs. They were great as far as pricing I got 4 services for $100. Firestone would have charged me that for an oil change. I also used their shuttle service and they dropped me off and picked me up on time from work. They were informative and nice. Another thing I loved is that the tech sends a video of your car and let's you know the status! I would definitely recommend this place!

Getting a tire repaired was the second major negative experience we have had with Bobby Beck's VW on our 2016 Golf Sportwagen. Although the fist incident caused permanent damage to our car, I decided to give them a second chance as they had tried to right the original wrong.

When I ran over a nail and my tire pressure light came on, I took the car to the dealership to be repaired. Not only did I spend an hour and forty-five minutes waiting on the service because they were "repairing it properly," but when we had another tire issue and took the car elsewhere for not having an additional 2 hours to wait on a repair, we were informed that they could not repair the tire but had to replace it.

This dealership does not follow NHTSB recommendations, which makes me question the standards of other work they perform. For your personal safety, your family's and other drivers' safety, as well as the additional cost to make a proper repair/replacement, I do not recommend service at Bobby Beck's VW.

Not a good experience with both cars I purchased. In 2012 I purchased a pre-owned CC and I had continuous problems with it. Shortly after the warranty expired the timing chains went out which meant I had to pay for it. $1700 to $2000 was what they quoted me. Spoke to a manager and he said he would work something out with me. So I make the trip up there and they are offering to sell me another car but only gave me a trade in value for my broken down CC. I was lied to on the phone to get me in there. So my options were to spend almost $2000 to fix a car that has had one repair after another or purchase a new car. I felt like they could have at least taken some responsibility for a crap car they sold me, but instead they made even more money off of me because they knew I didn't want to spend the money to fix the lemon. It's a horrible way to treat a customer.

Purchased a Used Vehicle, was told by finance guy Jason Easy Care would cover keys(main reason I purchased warranty), and all of the above to find out, that is not what was purchase or covered. Was not even offered different warranty packages. Sales person Bill has not tried to help or offer any solution. They do not return calls and leave you with leaving a voicemail as the only option. Do not shop here, will not be referring any business....**Update Greg Clary contacted me and assured that he wanted me to happy with my experience. Although we got off to a rough start I appreciate them doing what it takes to make things right.

Richard even didn't want me to test drive the car & just a sign, I got the car for huge amount. Even he didn't told me anything more about the specs in the car. Now I'm feeling bad, trading in a 200 hp car & getting a 174hp car in 2018. Biggest mistake I've ever done.

These guys are top of the line when it comes to sales and service. I have never had a bad experience when I go there. All of the sales and service staff are polite and courteous. Corbin beck especially is doing a great job in the lead sales management position. This place will go far when it comes time for him to take over his fathers legacy and it will continue to be an awesome place for many years to come! Keep up the great work!!

One of the most pleasant buying experiences. I buy new cars way too often and the experience at Bobby Beck's Lewisville Volkswagen was stellar. The new Jetta we started the deal on turned out to have just been sold but Flash & John went out of their way to find an even more attractive Jetta. We started my son's driving journey 10 years ago with a used Jetta purchased here and my son purchased his first new car (Jetta) today here. Great Experience!

I just bought a vehicle two days ago and I love it...

I just bought a vehicle two days ago and I love it. My father and I purchased a used VW Tiguan. However, I have two main issues. The car was not detailed properly, I specifically left it overnight and picked it up around 11ish in the morning so that it would be as pristine as possible. I asked for it to be detailed again because the console was sticky, the passenger seat was still dirty, and the inside of the side doors had dust/hair etc. I didn't want to insist, however they need to improve their detailing on these vehicles. I also don't know if they just don't care about the used vehicles being as clean?.. Second, I understood we arrived late, but the finance guy we had just had an attitude and it felt rushed. Third, we were not given our copy of the CPO warranty or the carfax for the car. We did ask about the warranty, then they quickly responded and gave it to us. Overall I had no issues with Jason or Jorge who helped with the car buying process. Both were nice and informative. The three stars is mainly for the finance aspect, and the detailing issue.

Chris Egan is the only car dealer that has ever done right by me. Highly recommend. Car is perfect. They did everything they could to make sure my experience went well and I got a great vehicle.

False advertising, lies and a complete waste of time. Avoid this place at all costs.

We spent half a day emailing an incompetent fool back and forth, only to have them try screwing us into an additional $1,400 in add-ons we didn't authorize.

When I pressed them to sell the car for the price they advertised online, I was told that was "below what we own the car for." I then asked for a manager to contact me, and 11 minutes later, got an email that they sold the car.

A truly frustrating group of slimy, lying salespeople. Exactly why most people hate buying a car. Definitely not worth my time or the headache.

I ve only purchased and gotten maintenance from this location because they are always so accommodating even when you don t have an appointment. I have had two volkswagens. The first was a 2010 TDI Jetta and the second a 2012 Passat. The sales process I went through witht eh Jetta was okay, but not great. Bought the Passat from another dealer too far away to get service though. The service department at this dealership is the worst. They don't take ownership of issues they create, they create issues with your car during service by screwing things up (blowing fuses, misaligning the car, forgetting to plug wires in on your radio/nav).

I will not deal with them again. I would rather drive 50 miles for service than to trust my car to this dealership again. You never know what they will screw up.

I went in to buy a car and what a fantastic experience. Not only are they extremely relationship focused, you get the feeling right away that they care about every one of their customers. Before coming, I went to a much bigger VW dealership who did not know how to treat a customer properly and you easily felt like 1 in a 1000. I dealt with Flash in Sales, super helpful, very upfront, and honestly looking to get a long-term customer for not just sales but also service. Highly recommend working with him and this dealership in general. They are small but my word, do they deliver well. They even delivered my car from another dealership in the color i wanted and brought it to my house later that day. That is customer service!!

Stay away from Lewisville VW!
Got a very negative experience buying a Jetta in September. Very low customer ethics. New management will do what's right for Lewisville VW and not what is right for you as customer. Watch out for add-on's as so-called paint protection package. Fast sales smart talking making you think it s okay. Scam, it s totally worthless and a way for them to make extra $895. Make sure they explain the $$ details of the sales quote and not only focus on the payment, you get blindsided and lured away from the actual charges, get a copy of the sales quote and bring it in to final signing so you know/remember where the deal started from and stay focused on the basics as they will talk you away from your starting point. I have bought five VW s over the years from VW Lewisville, and this deal was a very bad experience. Thought it was like previous years under old management, which I have trusted then and never been let down, but it s not. It SUCKS It s sad .

Be careful giving out your email address to these people. Not only do they send you tons of emails, without asking your permission, but they spammed it out and I get tons of emails from third parties and they say things like "on behalf of Bobby Beck VW" I've called numerous times to get them to remove me, clicked unsubscibe on their emails but still to this day getting spam emails.
Shame on you people, RESPECT peoples privacy and don't give out their email or send them your promos without their permission. I will never bring my car to you because of this. Im giving them 2 stars because the service has been decent, but spamming me is a big black eye on your dealership as far as I'm concerned.

I waited about two weeks before I wrote this review . I wanted to test out the vehicle I purchased and then I waited to see if everything played out as fast as I was told . Everything was smooth fast reliable and on point. I went from service to sales to out and about with a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta . Leo and Lee helped with the whole process . But let s not mention the owner and how he played a major roll in my same day buy.. I have never gone to any other dealership since I was 17 years old . 9 years later and no matter what I always get out fast quick and most importantly get treated like a reliable customer and as important as anyone else that walks in there . Great customer experience . And if you re wondering if you should go and test out a vehicle then you found the right Volkswagen to do so. If I could rate 10 stars I would . Don t forget to ask for Leo !

Nice car. It was there for 4 months. I was told that I would see a sticker for when the oil needs to be changed. It should have been on the upper left hand windshield. It is not there. There were no floor mats in the car. That's not a big deal except the mats need to be snapped in on the floor. These mats cost 125.00.

Made an appointment for 11:30am to get an oil change and a belt replaced. Was asked if I was going to wait or leave the car. Guess I should have said I was going to wait because I was evidently moved to the back of the line. 4:30pm finally received a call saying they were not going to be able to get to it. No explanation, not much of an apology. Why do they bother setting appointments? If I had known they were not able to get it done that day I would have been fine taking the car somewhere else, instead wasted a whole day. Went to pick up the car and no one offered any apology or offer to ensure they would get it done the next morning, nothing. I even sent an e-mail to the dealership expressing my displeasure and they didn't even bother responding. Poor service all the way around. I get that things happens, but don't take on work you can't manage. They may do a great job when they do the work, but I'll never know.

It was a great experience, to deal with salesperson Connie was exceptional, her manager was great, they were always with the right attitude to help me with the price, The personnel of Financing Department was awesome, I didn't know that to buy a new car was so easy, I can not tell you the price they gave me because if they keep selling like that they will go bankruptcy soon and I want to go for my next brand new car in 3 more years and of course I want them there to sell it to me. I went, agreed price, financing department, and broom! I'm driving my zero miles VW! If I could I give you 6 Thank you Connie! No more used cars!

Great customer care and service from the Service D...

Great customer care and service from the Service Department. Brittany was very helpful after the purchase of a used Jetta from another dealer. Brought it in for the repair of a known major flaw and some other issues and asked for a thorough inspection. This occurred on Thursday mid afternoon.
What I got back was unique compared to my previous dealership experiences (not Bobby Beck's). Friday mid-morning, I received a video with the tech explaining all issues with details of limitations and standards. I then received a line item break down of cost per item work. Called and gave authorization for the repairs I wanted completed.
Had the car back on Monday evening. Prompt service, quality work, and great attention to the customer. All in all a great experience.

Hands down the best experience with a dealership I ve ever had. Josh was the gentleman who helped me.

Called with an issue with my 2012 Golf GTI with an issue that was a bit beyond my depth to fix and not only was he happy to help he got me in that day since I work 6 days a week and wouldn t have a way to get to work otherwise.

He even stayed a little late for me (which he totally didn t have to do) so I could get my car picked up and not have to wait until Monday to get it.

I never caught his name but the gentleman who took me home in the courtesy shuttle was also a blast to chat with.

If I could buy you all a round I would. 10/10 earned a repeat customer. Never seen a dealership this fantastic.

Had my 10k service done today and received outstanding service from both my advisor and technician. Shane was thorough in suggesting (keyword) what my car would need done, and made sure to gain my approval without forcing it on me.

Bryce is a solid technician and I m a big fan of the video inspection, and showing what parts should be replaced and why. It s nice knowing that a dealership cares enough about the customer to take 3-4 minutes to show you exactly what s going on, rather than just spewing out information that may get lost in the shuffle.

Highly recommend warranty service at Bobby Beck s Lewisville VW!

From the minute we walked in we knew that the associates at this dealership were customer service oriented. This has been one of the best customer service interactions I have ever experienced!

Only had to deal with the parts Dept. So this is only a review on the parts dept. But very honest and maybe higher on the price than AutoZone but you get the exact part. They are cheaper on the prices than other VW Dealership's tho and that's a plus!!!

Purchased 2020 VW Golf from them and since day one...

Purchased 2020 VW Golf from them and since day one while I'm testing the car I noticed the Front Assist System is not working as it was described in VW website.The issue I'm not getting the warning whenever i approach any stable/moving objects neither the car performs assist break to save your life. Literally I tried all the situations but no luck. The salesman was great and informed me to check it before I take it at the service center, they did and told me the care is ready to take it with me home, but the issue still there. After 2 days I took it back to the service center and showed them my concerns specially I had bad experience with Toyota front assist system where it ended up with total loss and I already raised a lawsuit against the dealer. The technician at service center, while I'm test driving the car, has observed the issue 3 times (in the car lot and normal street) while the system is active but I didn't get a single warning or break assist!!! All the experience was captured in my internal dash cam. He told me to leave the car with them to investigate more as he doesn't have any idea about how the system should works. The next day he called me and stated there is no issues with the system and its working fine after they check it with computer!!!!! I already know the computer won't show any faulty because I checked it myself with a computer in another professional center. One of his statements was "the system won't works unless you in a serious moment of a crash or you hit an object"..!!! Here I figured out that I'm talking to person who doesn't have any clue. He also printed some papers from VW official website showing some details about the system which obviously not working in my car!! I did wont to argue more or disrespect him as from the beginning he doesn't have much info about the system and found it unhelpful to complete the conversation with him. I called VW HQ, told them about my experience and they told me to take it to another VW dealer to check it. I took it to VW Principal near me, and the shock was once they told me "we compared your car with another car in their lot and it was acting the same"...!!!! Thats how they check the cars!! I thought I'm losing my time with them becuase this is a high technology and they can't deal with it. I did some research in internet and found there a alot of issues with this system in VW cars and also a lawsuit against VW. The conclusion I was screwed with this purchase. They just sell you the car, and then deal with its issue...they knows how to let you lose your time and money...and here where they leave you desperately chase them. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

For the time being, I bought aftermarket device for front assist warning which cost about $450 and its working perfectly.

Horrible customer service. I took my VW in for fixing adaptive headlights (under basic warranty). The service guy charges me $140 for it, because he says the left headlight was replaced (with OEM part because it was cracked), but the issue existed before the new headlight was even put in. Why sell cars with warranties if you will not honor it? Very bad customer service! Avoid this place. Clay Cooley is the best VW dealer in DFW. Drive a few extra miles, but don't rob yourself of money and better customer service.

I had a less than great experience with Bobby Beck...

I had a less than great experience with Bobby Beck VW today. I had inquired about a car online and spoke with Landon about my TDI buyback, about the new car and what they could possibly do for me. After getting off the phone with Landon, Patrick sends me a text asking me a few questions. I let him know that I would be coming in the next day to look at it. I ask him to send me a breakdown of the pricing -never recieved.

I get to the dealership and I have to wait almost 10 minutes for Patrick and once I get to talk to him he doesn't know the vehicle I which vehicle I was looking at and when he does find it he comes back with a price that was almost $6K over the online price. While I understand that dealer incentives do expire, Patrick said there was nothing he could do to bring the price down. No effort was made to try to get me into a car after that. I felt like my time was wasted due to the fact all of this could have been done over the phone and a trip would not have been wasted.

Even after that I go home and I see a used car almost an exact match to the one I was looking at previously a lot closer to my price range at their dealership. I wish someone would have mentioned it to me while I was at the dealership so I could have looked at it. It was dissapointing to find this out after I was already home.

I'll be sticking with my original dealership instead.

I think I might have caught Patrick on a bad day because he seemed unprepared and unknowledable. If I do ever go back here I will ask for Landon because he was great.

My three stars are for the general environment, Landon and the service department because I had a great experience there previously.

Just purchased a used Jetta for my daughter from Bobby Beck Volkswagon. We visited two times and were met with a friendly staff and zero pressure. Guillermo sold us the car and John took care of the financing. We had great service and felt like we got a really fair deal. There were two open recalls on the vehicle, so we took the car in earlier today and had prompt service. We even got a video of the technician showing us what he had replaced and making any recommendations...first time for that. Very impressed overall with Bobby Beck Volkswagon....I will definitely consider buying my next car there. Thank you!

I recently was in an auto accident and after 2 weeks of being told my car was to be repaired, it was totaled out. Along with the rest of the nightmare of dealing with insurance etc. Heather Zebrosky-Reid was my angel sent to bring a silver lining to the fiasco. From the moment we began chatting over messages I felt at ease with her and had a sense of trust - which you do not typically come across when it comes to car salespeople. She worked with me and my husband, with all of our crazy questions, and never once did I feel that she was just telling me what I wanted to hear. Nor did she play the typical game, making me sit around and wait for hours to hear from whomever. She is extremely easy to talk to, down to earth and honest. My husband asked her a question, and instead of making up an answer, she admitted she'd never been asked that & didn't know - but she would find out. When it came down to the purchase it was seamless, and quick - we were in and out of the finance associates office within 10 minutes. Side note - super cool, all paperwork was digital, on a giant DocuPad computer tabletop! At the end he handed me a USB jump drive instead of a folder! Whether or not you're in the market, I recommend Heather & Lewisville VW! I won't go to anyone else. Thank you again Heather!

Was pleasantly surprised when I took my Jetta in for its 30000 mile service, I received a text message from the technician with a link. When I click the link I was transferred to a web site, where they went over my car and explained everything they were doing. So Coooool everyone should do this.

Called on the phone about issue and Aaron said she would waive diagnostic charge for all the issues we have been having. She told me not to go to VW here in Richardson and to make the drive from Richardson to Lewisville because she was offering the free diagnostics. When I arrived to Vw in Lewisville,Aaron was prompt to return. She said there is the knock sensor but it is showing more issues and have to chrg to diagnos and go deeper. So couldnt give me a quote other than 140.00 to start off n diagnos, which I thought she was waiving,and then couldnt even get to it any time soon. Professionally, could have been more specfic and saved us all time. I understand about appointments but this is a very usual circumstance and the drive to S.A. is crucial today no later than tomorrow. Sometimes "Customer Service" could use a little "Humanity" in it.

WORST car buying experience I've ever had. They added on thousands of dollars worth of extras without my knowledge and when I called to have it fixed their finance manager apologized and claimed they'd make it right. When I drove all the way back to the dealership he claimed he couldn't do anything. He did however agree to remove all the extras that were added on but refuses to send me the paper work and will not return any of my phone calls. This has been going on for a month now. Do NOT purchase a car from this dealership, go to Hendricks Volkswagon instead!

James Carr: avoid him like the plague. As we waited long periods in the waiting area, all other salespersons were greeting us and had professional, friendly attitudes. James made us wait for him, then tried to rush us through everything when we did finally get to work with him.

On VW's survey, we put ONE low regarding our car not being clean, despite many other complaints we could have included in the survey. A few days later, James calls us, very upset, telling us to change the answers on the survey, and that people are at risk of losing their jobs because of the answers we put on there. Really?? We were simply telling the truth and even put "excellent" ratings for James even though he's the WORST salesperson we have ever dealt with. How can businesses improve without honest opinions from surveys? Now, one month after purchasing our vehicle, we have some questions and emailed James over a week ago without any response until now. Get over it James, and treat your customers with some respect.

If it wasn't for the fact that VW lewisville was the only location that had the particular vehicle we wanted, we definitely would have went elsewhere. Again, other salespeople seemed to have excellent customer service; I guess we were just unlucky to have gotten James to deal with.

Second review, 2 years later, still outstanding service...
Took my daughters Jetta in on the last day of her certified warranty. Aaron took outstanding care of her. We had actually taken the vehicle to Clay Cooley VW because it was closer and after speaking to the mechanic at CC felt we were being totally misled. Pulled the Jetta and drove to Lewisville. Night and day results, night and day service. How often do you leave a dealer feeling you were in good hands, not many but definitely did today. Thank you Aaron for taking good care of my college kid...
See you again, hopefully just for an oil change! Also the 360 video of the car with the mechanic was brilliant.

Melissa makes this place 5 stars. She s always extremely friendly, professional and very informative. She s so knowledgeable and always willing to help. I appreciate her so much. This location is always clean with food and drinks available in the waiting area. The only thing I can say that should change would be to bring the car wash service back.

I have been buying cars for 30 years and this is the sleaziest dealership I have ever visited. I was interested in leasing a 2008 Jetta Wolfsburg edition and worked out a pretty good deal where they agreed to take in my currently leased vehicle to make the deal. It was not the exact number I wanted but was close, so I told them I would think about it. I was told by Nolan, their sales manager, that his offer would be good for the rest of the month and we shook on it.

When I returned the next morning with the intention of accepting their offer, I was told by a different sales manager that Nolan had made a "mistake" and that they were reneging on the deal they offered less than 24 hours previously. No other explanation was offered.

Volkswagens are great cars and very good values, and there are several other dealerships in the Metroplex. Steer clear of the Lewisville store.

Professional reception, inspection of issue generated accurate estimate that did not explode after work was finished..a mechanic technician made a video showing undercarriage of my car being inspected while I waited. I really appreciate sharing the video of intial inspection ...the technicians first look..no fear of needless repairs. Aaron's team is amazing. She always takes my safety to heart no play. Bobby Becks made sure I was safe on the road + that means something real is happening there...I will return in November to keep my Tiguan in spectacular condition.

Recent trip to VW of Lewisville was the worst experiance. A sales man Mr. Cars had been in touch with my fiance and I through out the week and several times that morning about a specific car we had been looking at. We told him we were coming to see it that day. On arrival Mr. Cars proceded to sit us down and fill out paper work, irritating because we want to see the car first right...well finally he tells us the car has been sold several days ago. THIS WHOLE TIME HE HAS BEEN SCAMING US TO GET US IN THE DOOR!!!!! Ugh I was mad and all he can do is start insulting me. Where has customer service gone?
I told him that was very terrible customer service, he said thats how things are these days. Well Mr. Cars customer service is not dead and we will buy a car from a sales man who can at least pretend to give a s#%t about his customer.
