Great customer care and service from the Service D...

Great customer care and service from the Service Department. Brittany was very helpful after the purchase of a used Jetta from another dealer. Brought it in for the repair of a known major flaw and some other issues and asked for a thorough inspection. This occurred on Thursday mid afternoon.
What I got back was unique compared to my previous dealership experiences (not Bobby Beck's). Friday mid-morning, I received a video with the tech explaining all issues with details of limitations and standards. I then received a line item break down of cost per item work. Called and gave authorization for the repairs I wanted completed.
Had the car back on Monday evening. Prompt service, quality work, and great attention to the customer. All in all a great experience.
