Made an appointment for 11:30am to get an oil chan...

Made an appointment for 11:30am to get an oil change and a belt replaced. Was asked if I was going to wait or leave the car. Guess I should have said I was going to wait because I was evidently moved to the back of the line. 4:30pm finally received a call saying they were not going to be able to get to it. No explanation, not much of an apology. Why do they bother setting appointments? If I had known they were not able to get it done that day I would have been fine taking the car somewhere else, instead wasted a whole day. Went to pick up the car and no one offered any apology or offer to ensure they would get it done the next morning, nothing. I even sent an e-mail to the dealership expressing my displeasure and they didn't even bother responding. Poor service all the way around. I get that things happens, but don't take on work you can't manage. They may do a great job when they do the work, but I'll never know.
