This is an honest team here who is genuinely concerned with improving the efficiency and work flow of our company. Excuses are not excepted with these guys and they just seem to do things the right way! While at first we hired Luca as the more expensive option, since then, they have actually increased savings such to the point now that they are less expensive than previous bookkeeper/accountants we were using.
