Had a great experience with the service department. My car was having an issue on the way to work and they got me right in with no appointment and took me and picked me up from work. Very fast friendly service. Went over and above expectations.

We are new to the area and took our beetle here for some warranty work. Had a great experience, they put us in a rental and everything went great so when my GLI wouldn t start the day before making a trip to CA we had it towed here. It got there on Friday and we had some serious communication issues with our advisor until Tuesday when we had to get management involved. Even though our trip was a little delayed from the extra time needed, I was blown away at how well they came through and made sure my car was done that day. The tech David was on the phone with my husband at almost 7pm still working on it. I really appreciated the extra time spent to make sure we would be on the road.

This place is really amazing! Heather was wonderful, knowledgeable,professional and kind. My daughter and I both felt so comfortable and no one in there makes you feel pressured and they value your time. The family owned and operated feel really comes across. Lee was was quick and efficient with wrapping up the paperwork and John and Jimmy thanked us and let my daughter bang the gong in the front. We also enjoyed the game area and popcorn. Thanks everyone again. God bless y all

Lewisville Volkswagen in Lewisville Texas rocks I must say. I literally came in with little confidence that anyone would be able to get me out of my upside down equity in my Jeep. But Guess What, they Did. And not only did they get me out of bad debt they got me in a brand new Touareg. Black on Black such a classy sporty car that exceeded my expectations of a German Engineered SUV. And I must admit I had been looking at BMW and Range Rovers. Alan the General Manager was amazing at helping me through the painless process and the whole team that helped me were professional and had me in an out. Easier than grocery shopping. Another reason LVW was so grand yesterday is the actual owner of the dealership helped me pick the right car out and made sure I was happy and confident with my payments. They treated me like family from the beginning. It was refreshing to know that they are there to help you not push you into something to make a sale. Thank you Thank you. Lewisville Volkswagen defiantly made a genuine impression on me. Look forward to doing more business with them in the future. Oh an a shout out to the detailing department, I know where I'll be getting my car cleaned at :)

The experience was horrible. I went there to look at buying a car for my husband's birthday. He had several cars on his list and VW is his favorite. Once we arrived, James Carr came up to us and asked what we were looking for. As soon as he found out that we weren't going to buy that day, he had us go into the salesroom and he left us there for over 20 minutes. When he returned, a salesperson named Marcelo said that he could take care of us and James promptly left. Marcelo immediately started speaking in Spanish even when my husband explained that I don't speak Spanish. We were brought out the back door and walked across the parking lot to the "Spanish" showroom. Still speaking Spanish, my husband was asked a series of questions about his income and if he has a line of credit in the United States. My husband again said that I didn't understand Spanish and asked if he could please speak in English. Finally, he switched to English and told me what he had asked my husband. I was shocked. Since when do you have to establish a line of credit before you can look at a car? Only after we had explained that we both work here in Texas and recently bought a house did he ask what cars we were interested in. After he was done, we went back across the street to the American showroom and asked to speak with the manager. The manager, Alan, came out and once we told him the story said that he knew that James didn't mean to upset us and offered for us to work with another salesperson. Even after I explained to him that there was no way it was a misunderstanding and that he didn't ask if we would prefer a Spanish speaking salesperson, the manager never apologized for what had happened to us. I will NEVER go back there again. Personally, I am very unfamiliar with the effects that racism has on people, but I never want to feel like that again. No one deserves to feel like a piece of trash and not "good" enough to shop at their showroom. No one deserves to be ushered out the back door and asked a series of questions regarding your credit and money before being allowed to look at a car. It was a devastating experience that I hope to never experience again.

My whole car buying experience was awesome. From the moment I talked to Chris Eagan on the phone before arriving all the way through he took care of me. He helped me figure out what my best options were and got me closer to my budget than the 4 dealers I visited previously and made it easy. I felt like I was car shopping with a family member, even my boyfriend was impressed with the whole experience. Lee made signing easy and we even got the opportunity to meet a few people in the service department. Needless to say if I am still in good distance I will 100% be back in 4 years to do business with Chris again!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!!!!! If you re in the market for a new car. Make sure you stop at Lewisville Volkswagen! I wish this was our first stop! They made car buying for us easy and everyone there made sure we were taken care of! It may have been our first Volkswagen purchase but definitely not our last!!!!!! Mr. Beck and his Volkswagen family is now apart of ours!

I honestly can't say enough good about this dealership.

I've owned 4 VWs in the last 10 years and 400,000 miles. Each has been bought and serviced at different dealers. I've also helped 12 different friends and family pick out and buy their own VWs. My new Mk7 GTI was purchased elsewhere, but my girlfriend's Mk6 Jetta was picked up here and began my love affair with this place. Seriously, the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. My sales associate was well informed, passionate, and honest. Their pricing was more than fair. The financing department was top notch and didn't sling around the usual BS, but presented me with all the options and upgrades, their benefits, downsides, and costs. They were flexible and willing to help make this experience great. I even met one of the owners and chatted with him about his cars and experiences. Seriously, if you need a car, PLEASE GET IT HERE. These people need to succeed.

The service department is more of the same. I've been working with Corbin and Arthur, both of whom are fantastic, honest, and really motivated to make your experience there a good one. They're extremely competitive on pricing as well, from oil changes to DSG services. If you're wanting a dealer to service your vehicle, this is absolutely the place to go.

TL;DR I'm really happy with these guys. Sales or service, make this one your stop.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! We were actually heading to Hendrick VW in Frisco until they bombarded me with e-mails and sent me an e-mail telling me they knew I was reading their e-mails and not responding! Creepy!! We literally changed routes and went to Bobby Beck's Lewisville VW and I'm sooooooo glad we did! First of all, Hunter, the salesman that sold us our cars (yes, we bought two that day :o) is awesome!!! Hunter is personable, knowledgeable and best of all not pushy! His boss John is pretty great as well! I can't forget to mention Lee in the finance department who knows his stuff, is efficient, kind, personable and just all around pretty great. I went back yesterday for a car detail and all of the sales team we met while hanging out buying our cars, remembered me, said hello and took the time to ask how we were liking our cars! This dealership gives you the feeling of being part of a family and you can't get that at larger dealerships. If you're looking to buy a great car without the hassle and stress, go to Bobby Beck's in Lewisville! Ask for Hunter!

Unbelievably rude staff and it s absolutely insane that I made an appointment to have my oil changed more than two weeks in advance only for them to tell me after I drove OVER an hour to get here that I would have to wait 2-3 hours for my oil change. If you aren t going to honor your appointments and your policy is first come first serve on oil changes you need to have that on the site when someone is booking an appointment.

Worst dealership ever met, full of traps and lies. I understand that they want to earn money, one way or another, but I've never seen someone trying to do that so unethically. Never trust them and check your numbers very carefully, they would add fee/insurance into your car price without any notification. If you thought they agreed with all the numbers, be very careful. They would tell you the car you want was sold, and tried to gave you another one which you didn't know at all.

First time customer and I took my Golf R in for service and had a great experience! Friendly staff there and I really liked the video review they did on my car. The mechanic emailed me a walk around video of all the key items on my car (filters, tire wear, brake wear, fluids changed, etc.). And when I picked up the car they gave me a coupon for 10% off. I'll definitely use them for my next service.

I went in for and oil change and was so amazed with how great their customer service was. They took such great care of my car and sent me this awesome detailed and personalized video of my car being worked on!!!! It was AWESOME. It s a guy actually video taping my car and reviewing everything he did! On top of that they gave me a car wash and vacuumed AND power washed my mats which I so much appreciated.

Absolutely amazing! As soon as I walk in I felt welcomed Doing this crazy time of a Pandemic I understand everybody''s trying to make sales and deals. Yet not at any point did I feel pressured. The authentic general care Wallace gave will make me a Volkswagen owner for life ,as long as he''s working. Felt like a big family Chris and Bobby helped. My first class wagon experience was bad and it was a different location. This location is probably about 40 minutes from me and there''s probably about three other locations closer but I can honestly guarantee I''ll be going to this location as long as those 3 guys are there. They are the chic fil la of place of car world, the Jordan of the shoe game, pretty much they are Dammmm awesome! I came to view a car I had seen online for my son. I was grateful to meet Leo and Luis who were awesome. They were genuine and listened closely to what we were looking for. The bottom line is that Leo took such great care of us that I am writing to tell everyone about it. He is a man of integrity and was a huge blessing to me and my son. I was looking for several models, used Hyundai Sonatas, Mazda 6, Honda Civics/Accords. And then on CarGurus there was very nice deal on Sonata in Lewisville Volkswagen dealership. I set the appointment with Heather, wanting just to check out the car as one of the options. Didn't really planned on purchasing the car.
But the car looked great, and I test drove it to Frisco and back. The dealership serviced it, put new tires, and changed filters and oil. Heather was very resourceful and helped me get the good deal. I really liked the overall experience of car purchase here. Even though I didn't get the VW, Heather made sure I was treated as a valued customer.
And they have pinball in their showroom :) I think it is a very nice detail, as I spend a lot of time as a kid in those game rooms playing machine games and pinball!

Total Rip off!

Total Rip off!
My car was giving problems related to coolant system. The temperature was rising quickly to 280F and I took the car to this dealership. They suggested coolant flush and coolant hose flange replacement which costed around $500+. I went ahead with their suggestion.

After the service, car was in good condition for 2-3 days and coolant was not heating up as it used to - I thought the problem is resolved.

Same issue started again. I went to dealership and discussed this, I was told now thermostat needs replacement and estimate would be $700+.

They should have looked into this when I turned in my car for coolant system issue initially. Total disappointment and waste of time and money. They rip off the customer and I would not recommend this at all.

I have had such a smooth journey with my very first VW. John Chapman truly made my purchase feel like the easiest process. Not your typical car sales . I felt like I was the priority and they truly have my best interest. John navigated the different options with me like a family member would. He not only found EXACTLY what I was looking for, but he helped break down the price of each extra add-on before hand. Something you don t typically see with other car dealerships. I purchased a used car (14 may 16) here and then 7 (21may 16) days later the motor blew on it. I sold me a warranty that does absolutely nothing for the car or repairs. When i called to talk to the fidelity they said they didnt have record. I still havent even seen the paper work for the warranty. They claimed they would help me by selling me a new car and then adding what i had left from the car i purchased on top of that putting my loan to about 50,000. They are claiming that a car with less than 30k miles on it could jump teeth on the timing chain.

After a recall repair of (4) service issues from VW Corporate & Horrible past experience with Hendricks in Frisco, TX. Aaron was able to resolve the issues at hand with professional service. I would highly recommend this service department for DFW & NTX VW Owens wishing for quality factory services. The volume control button broke on my steering wheel at 40k miles and VW Corporate was stating that the (6) year / 72,000 miles warranty (VW Corporate saying it was not a covered issue). Aaron was able to assist in the professionalism of Bobby Becks in the replacement of the defective part VW Corporate Failed at resolving. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff of the dealership and thank Aaron for stepping up where VW Corporate failed miserably and Hendricks was completely unprofessional in all dealings. A++++ for Bobby Becks for stepping up to do right by the customer! Thank y all for being a great example of customer service.

Spoke with Bill Vonehr over the phone as a call in sight unseen purchase for a 17' CPO Golf R. Also spoke with Jason the finance manager about getting everything sorted for payment and such and that I needed everything ready to go so I could just come in, sign quick, then leave as I came in from Oklahoma City and needed to be back for work in the afternoon. I drove down, came in a bit early, Bill showed me the vehicle and we went on a test drive before Jason arrived, Jason came in, we signed the necessary documents, and I was on my way with the new vehicle!

It was quite literally a show up, quick test drive, sign, then drive it away. They made it very convenient for me to come down and pick it up and would not hesitate to make another car purchase there.

I am so disappointed with my visit today.

If you re wanting to wait multiple hours for just a simple oil change or for small services, this is the place for you. I came in today (at 9 am) for an oil change and a inspection which should at the very very most take an hour due to the time of day and the fact that they are simple services. I ended up waiting three hours!! and not one person checked up on me or let me know it would be taking longer than expected, which it shouldn t of even taken that long in the first place.

I normally wouldn t mind if this was just a one time problem. But this has also happened the last couple of visits where I ve come in for just an oil change and I have waited 2+ hours both times. Ultimately they charge $80 dollars for an oil change that takes 2+ hours to do. Trust me, save your money and time and go somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous I m fed up and will not be returning.

Wallace is the best service rep I've ever experienced. Checked my Touareg in for service because the air conditioner was leaking water inside the car. Had a few minor things that also needed repair. They replaced the entire carpet in the front of the car and fixed all other issues in a very timely manner. The Tech even sent a video of all recommendations for repair. Wallace loaned me a Turbo Beetle to drive while I waited for my car to be finished. Wallace remembered I had kids so he swapped out the Turbo Beetle for a 2018 Tiguan so that I had a car the fit my family more comfortably. Outstanding service, communication, and overall customer service. Our Touareg is our first Volkswagen and this was our first experience with Volkswagen in general, awesome experience. Wallace is the man!

The best car buying experience we ever had and we have purchased dozens of cars in our lifetime. From a-z using the website to delivery was an amazing experience. Judd, our sales guy was awesome very knowledgeable yet not pushy at all. Finance guy was great and everybody else we met was so nice and accommodating with a very laid back approach. The facility was top notch, they even had cold coffee, I know seems irrelevant, but it s the little things. This will be our first stop going forward when we are in the market for a car. I recommend Bobby Beck s Volkswagon be everybody s first stop whether you are looking for a pre-owned car or a new Volkswagon.

I refuse to buy anything from this dealership after my terrible experience. I contacted Lewisville VW over the phone in an attempt to buy a VW Atlas. At first, the experience was pretty typical: the dealer tried to add on "dealer fees" to the internet price, and "protection package fees". I asked about the condition of the vehicle and they said that the mileage listed on their website was wrong and that there were a few more thousand miles. On top of that, I asked about the location of the vehicle and I couldn't get a straight answer. At first, the salesman said it was out on a test drive and then he said that the vehicle was being loaned to a customer as a loaner and that he was out test driving it? Why they lied about this I never knew. I really didn't care because the price of the vehicle and the presumed condition of the vehicle was still fair. I said that I wasn't going to pay anything more than what was listed on the internet and we agreed to the price on their website. So we went on to the next step of the purchase...
The salesman who I was working with told me that he would send me the credit application via email and the other docs needed for my trade-in. Before I had the chance to check my email for the docs, the salesman contacted me by phone to verify that I received the information that was needed. The voicemail began with him telling me that he sent the information and so on... then I think he thought he hung up the phone, because then I overheard a conversation between him and another sales associate where he called me "a pain in the a**" for not completely trusting him in our previous conversation. The other salesman decided to go along with his rant and purposely butchered my name by adding a whoever the f**k on the end of it.
I saved the voicemail and I emailed a manager of the dealership and I let them know what happened. I also attached the voicemail to the email so that he could hear it for himself. I received a call back the next day from said manager and he told me that there wasn t anything that they could do because the comments weren t directed towards me directly and they he was talking with another sales associate. The only way they offered to rectify the situation was for me to talk to the salesman who I was dealing with so that he could apologize. I declined and just let the manager know how disappointed my wife and I were.

Absolutely phenomenal service! It was quick, on the day I wanted, and the video was wonderful showing me what was wrong with my car. They found a nail in my tire and replaced my a/c compressor and showed me exactly what was wrong in the video. They went above and beyond with their service! I will definitely come back and recommend VW Lewisville dealership to all of my family and friends.

Check engine light Diagnosis on Passat: Vacuum Leak - $800
2nd Check engine light Diagnosis on same Passat, less then 6 months later: Vacuum Leak - over $1000 to replace all hoses because they couldn't where leak is coming from. This is after they had car for almost 2 days -- I said no. Took it Dave's in Denton - vacuum leak found in less that hour, $125.00 parts and labor. So much for Volkswagen having mechanics that know Volkswagens.

This is place is an absolute rip off , avoid at all cost unless you like frustration.

Had the best experience at Lewisville VW. Bobby Beck and his team were awesome. So easy to deal with and there were no tricks or games. I stopped by the dealership just to look at a car and talked to a very nice, professional, no pressure salesman named Nick. I received a email from them a few hours later, worked out the details via email. I was able to send my wife and daughter in to sign and pick up the new car. You can't ask for a more straight forward, easy car buying experience than that. Thank you Lewisville VW!
