Called on the phone about issue and Aaron said she would waive diagnostic charge for all the issues we have been having. She told me not to go to VW here in Richardson and to make the drive from Richardson to Lewisville because she was offering the free diagnostics. When I arrived to Vw in Lewisville,Aaron was prompt to return. She said there is the knock sensor but it is showing more issues and have to chrg to diagnos and go deeper. So couldnt give me a quote other than 140.00 to start off n diagnos, which I thought she was waiving,and then couldnt even get to it any time soon. Professionally, could have been more specfic and saved us all time. I understand about appointments but this is a very usual circumstance and the drive to S.A. is crucial today no later than tomorrow. Sometimes "Customer Service" could use a little "Humanity" in it.
