This is our 2nd time around and we decided to upgrade both of our vehicles this timme. I upgraded from a Sentra to an Ultima, my wife upgraded from a Pathfinder SL to a Platinum. Shannon and team knew our concerns and worked out what we feel is a fair deal. We took only a small hit to our monthly payment, so we drove off quite happy.

I also had a small window to sign our finance documents and sent a text to Mary that I was in a hurry. She was prepared for me when I came in and was in and out in 10 minutes. Awesome work!
