My experience was great! Ian was very attentive and informative during my time there. I stayed with my vehicle so I was there about 4 hours waiting and the wait was well worth it. My car immediately gave me an extra 100 miles after the fuel injection cleaning and tuneup. Thanks Ian and to all the service members that assisted me.

Purchased my nissan rogue (certified preowned) from this location. When I came in for my first 3 oil services in my first year of owning the car they claimed we needed new tires, break pads and a long list of other things. By the 1 year visit my husband and I were shocked with the results they has come back on things that need fixing so we questioned why a car that was certified preowned would require so many services in the first year and they failed to give a legitimate response. They even at one point said they measure the break pads incorrect. We got the feeling they were not being honest about the service's our car actually needed. When we complained to management they said there was nothing they could do about it. We will take our services elsewhere and I would recommend others do the same.

My husband and I recently came into Leith Nissan to look at a Nissan Versa. Our second car had become unreliable and we needed something quick and not very expensive, as replacing our car was not in the budget. Dwayne Thomas helped us from the get-go. He was very accommodating and helped us find the right car and helped us work out a payment plan that worked for us. We had to leave to get our trade-in and when we came back Mark helped us get an even better deal and helped us through the process. Both guys were very helpful and really helped us out a lot! Chris the finance guy was also very nice and helped us get through the process quickly! Everyone that helped us at Leith did a wonderful job and we would definitely shop there again!

I had a great experience at Leith Nissan because there was zero pressure and everyone was friendly. With Leith Nissan being a smaller dealership, all of the staff were tight and you can tell they enjoyed being around each other. This made me feel right at home. I would recommend buying at Leith Nissan because they are honest and willing to work up a deal without hassle. I worked with Curtis Underwood when buying my brand new Nissan Altima. He helped out alot because he had just purchased a Nissan Altima himself. I felt like I was buying a car from a good friend and not a car salesman. Thanks Leith Nissan for getting me into my first car.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. At this dealership yesterday, I had a great experience to a horrible situation. Being from Indiana, we were making a trip out to North Carolina and back. Well during our trip my Nissan Rogue had a blown transmission. Not only were we 12 hours away from home, we aren t the most financially stable so this was extremely an inconvenience for us. Luckily everyone here was amazing. They did all they could to make sure we were able to get home considering we had no other solution except to drive home. Jamie H. was a phenomenal sales consultant, but not only that he was a great person to hang out with for 6 hours! Yes it took extremely long for us to get a car worked out that would be suitable to my situation but I had no problem waiting especially if it meant we were able to leave with a working car. I was able to leave with a 2020 Nissan Versa and a 10 year warranty Markos inspired me to make sure I had. Especially if something like this were to happen again. If it weren t for social distancing, I would ve hugged every single person who made it possible that I was able to drive home. Thank you so much Leith Dealership!

Not a great experience. The sales people didn't seem very excited or welcoming as we walked in, other dealers I've been to are a bit over the top but that's what's expected in a new car dealership. Our sales guy seemed pretty new, I'll give him some slack but he was not very knowledgeable about the different trims, I had to correct him a few times on the features and its packages. Also didn't not seem very excited about the car, aren't sales people supposed to act like they're totally sold on how great these cars are? Needless to say, walked out without a deal.

My experience with Leith Nissan is horrible. And the salesman J is very discourteous and rude. When we talked by phone and asked if XX.00 is OK? He said no problem and asked us come. When we arrived after 40 mins drive, he regretted and disavow that.

People there were incredibly awesome. Huge thanks to Shannon who helped me on walking out with a new ride. She made sure that I found the car I was really looking for to suit my needs for both work and the family! I'm really loving the new car! Everyone there at Leith was incredibly friendly, and helpful- especially considering this was an unexpected purchase (my previous car essentially would cost more to repair than it was worth), but she made it really painless to shop around and work to find something to fit my budget.

The transmission began to fail on our test drive, and the light was flashing, a beeper was sounding and it had almost no power as we limped home from the text drive. We received no apology for the lemon they tried to unload on us, nor were we asked to fill out an online survey of our experience -- a first. I will never do business with them again.

I had been a loyal customer of this dealership for a couple of years until this past weekend that I took my Husband's Nissan Titan to check on the AC. Everyone in the service dept is very nice and attentive. But I was so disappointed and will never go back there, I decided to leave the truck and get a rental car since I knew that it wasn't going to be ready and my son had soccer game at 1 o clock and if I waited he would've missed it. Well everything seemed to be fine until they gave me the rental car and when I was leaving the parking lot and the car had air pressure light on. I turned around and went back to have them check on it, there was a few employees and one of them came to me be very nice and I said that the air pressure was low, he said no worries I will take care for you. I had my 10 year old son and my 2 year old daughter with me , I took them out of the car but never thought about my purse or my phone and left them in there. while he was fixing the car I regretted about leaving my the purse and the phone in there but I though was just a random feeling. when he brought the car to me he was like in a rush and went inside right away. something inside of me was tilling me to check on my purse it was just a weird feeling and I pulled out my wallet and was missing $60. I went inside and asked one of the guys that was outside for the manager. When the manager came back with the guy who took the car said that he was just the wrong person to blame in, that he new him for a lot of years and that he will never do that. He said that the guy always has cash on him and that he doesn't even doubt about him. He said that it was maybe a mistake from my side and that I had maybe expended the money or misplace it and that I didn't even remember. I think the manager was rude and disrespectful to me he didn't even doubt on his employee just because he knew him for several years, but he didn't even questioned him on front of me. Instead the manager made me feel bad saying that the guy could lost his job and trying to make feel guilty about. He said that he was going to give me the $60 back whenever I had to go back for the truck, but that he thought is that it was a mistake from my side and just didn't even remember. I told him that I don't want the money back since i felt insulted and he was very disrespectful to me.

The service department called me on Thursday to tell me my car was ready. Friday when I picked it up, it had a flat tire. The original problem was fixed, but the tire was now flat.

Edit: When this problem happened I called and asked to speak to the service manager. He wasn't available, so I left my name and number. Lieth Nissan responded to my original post by saying if I would call them, they would like to talk to me. I believe if they wanted to resolve this, the service manager would have returned my message! I'd rather go to a dealership 1 hour away than patronize Lieth Nissan in any way.

When I first pulled up to the dealership Curtis instantly introduced himself and greeted me with water. After discussing with him my interest in the 2015 & 2016 versa, he took me out to view the cars and suggested a test drive. The versa wasn't exactly what I thought it would be, but after sharing with him my wants in a car, he led me to the 2016 Sentra. The drive was much better than the versa. (being that I currently drive an accord v6) He was very knowledgeable of the car, the features, and showed me different colors! I was very indecisive of which color I wanted, but he gave me time to review both cars & packages without being pushy. Overall, Curtis was very helpful and PATIENT! Thank you again, Curtis!

I had a great visit. I felt welcomed and comfortable wherever I went - the showroom was very cold but the staff were polite and friendly even when just walking by.
Casey and Josh were terrific during the sale process with me. I was a difficult customer and they were informative, respectful, very generous with the deal and I left very satisfied. I traded by 2012 Sportage for a 2019 Sentra in a gorgeous blue. The product is amazing but so was the experience. I didn't feel pressured or belittled in any way. Kudos to everyone there.

Had front brakes serviced - new pads and rotors turned. Work was done in a timely manner. One major disappointment though - I had 26 service points/dollars on my account but the service manager has implemented a policy to only allow 10 service points/dollars to be used at a time. Not good!

DO NOT bring your car for repairs here. I've been calling the service manager at this location in regards to my car they fixed. I was in a car incident and the Collision shop was not able to fix themselves and brought here for repair and when they finally "fixed" the issue the car started giving me trouble a couple days after I got it back. I've reached out to the service department and NOBODY has been able to call me back. I know for a fact it doesn't take that long to call a customer who car you repaired to make an appointment. I don't understand why they can not honor the work they performed on my nissan or give me any kind of explanation. Where the guarantee on your work?? Look up my name and CALL ME!!!

Leith Nissan is behaved in a very professional manner, with excellent customer service, in addition to providing very competitive prices.
In my search for a new car, I went to Nissan Crossroads in Wake Forest, they say in their commercials: "If someone lowers the price, they lower more." Well, they couldn't compete with Leith Nissan in Cary.
The customer service I received from one of the Nissan Crossroads managers was bad and unprofessional, when I tried to negotiate the price.
In conclusion, I am very satisfied with the business I did with Leith Nissan in Cary.

I am not happy with their service . First they are not transparent . They give a list of things that needed to be fixed whenever I take it for service which is not needed . Next they are expensive . The staffs are not friendly . They don t like if you question them . They just want you to spend money and fix the things that they recommend . They don t give proper explanation about the repairs that they have listed . Their diagnostic charge is $159 and it s far expensive than other places . I have called the other car places to check and some of them charge only 78$ or some said 99$ . My overall experience was not so good .

After a bad experience with a Nissan dealership in Fayetteville, my boyfriend contacted Leith Nissan in Cary. He spent an afternoon corresponding over email about what I was looking for. We headed to Leith that night, I test drove a 2015 Nissan Rogue S and then we talked numbers. I worked with Shawn and he was great! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, he was professional, and he wasn't pressuring us into a decision. We also worked with the Assistant GM Bonnie and she was wonderful as well. They stayed open well past closing and got me into a 2015 Nissan Rogue SV! I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received and will most definitely be back. Bonnie even ended the trip by giving my boyfriend's son a picture of a little boy she thought looked like him with a birthday message as his birthday was last month. These people really care about their customers and go the extra mile to make the car buying experience fantastic! Thanks guys!

Not cool with service - have sheets explain and insist on checking few things in my car and still some issues are pending - it got better but not there yet. They have exchange program, I keep getting emails but the ppl over there don't give importance and not positive experience with ppl over there in this matter too.

I would not recommend Leith Nissan to anyone. They try to up-charge you on everything. They do not look at all the best options to fix something wrong with your vehicle, but go the most expensive route and tell you you need to order an expensive part. After I told them I would not be going through with their services, they then gave me cheaper options that may fix the issue.

I was asked to wait in the waiting area when I arrived at 7am sharp. 3 people showed up after me who were assisted and left. I had to get up and ask an advisor to check me in when I would have thought someone would have acknowledged me from the waiting area as I was directed. There was an issue with my window that was addressed and resolved. Thank you!

I don't typically post reviews unless I am either extremely disappointed or extremely impressed. In this case I was truly impressed with the entire team at Leith. Rakesh was a pleasant, kind, thoughtful and authentic professional. That is not a typical description for a car salesmen. Frankly, I would not even classify this group as sales, but more consultative. I purchased a 2012 Nissan Armada. First off, the car was in immaculate condition (outside of the tires Rakesh!), the financial process was fun, insightful and they put my needs first. These folks know how to do business. Without a doubt, I would strongly refer, recommend Leith, Rakesh and team for your next purchase. No BS, and a pleasurable, honest and kind experience. Well done, and thank you.

Just purchased a new 2017 Titan from Joey Macon at Leith. Anyone that is in the market looking for a new/used vehicle, visit this man. I put this man through the ringer, not intentionally but I had a budget and a payment I was looking to stay within and Joey went above and beyond to find me a deal that worked. He worked tirelessly with his finance manager Matt to put together a deal that worked. They gave me more than expected on my trade in and also found any rebate possible for me. Joey was determined to make a deal work so much that they looked all the way out to western Tennessee to find me a vehicle with the color I was interested in with all the options. At the end of the day the vehicle I wanted and purchased was at the dealership all along. Joey made this process easy and comfortable. I never once felt pressured into a vehicle and he put up with all my back and forth. This is a man that takes his job serious and takes pride in what he does. I would recommend Joey Macon to anyone. Due to a car accident, I was suddenly left without a car. I went to Carmax to look at a Nissan Versa since that was where I had purchased my previous a car. I had a friend, who is a mechanic at Leith Jaguar, with me to make sure the car was in good condition. After the test drive, he suggested going to the Leith Nissan dealership since I would be able to haggle the price and the sales people knew their stuff about the Versa.

What a difference it made to go the Leith Nissan. Derek Parker was absolutely fabulous. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns about the Versa. Once I had decided to get a Versa Derek was great in helping me find the perfect color and model that I wanted. It took a few days to get the car in but, it was well worth the wait.

The finance process was a breeze with Chris Wasz. He explained everything in clear terms and made the experience worth while.

I would definitely recommend Leith Nissan to anyone looking to buy a new car.

As a recent college graduate and as my first car buying experience, Mitch and the team at Leith Nissan made sure that the experience was great. I test drove the car twice and got an awesome deal. Mitch did an excellent job explaining things and was very responsive to any questions that I had. It was a great experience and I would fully recommend Mitch and the team if you are interested in purchasing a new car!

I came in for an oil change, long story short it was discovered that I had paid for a service that wasn't performed. Thanks to my service tech looking into it and getting me a refund. I will have a hard time trusting the dealership now. If it happened before it will happen again. I am very disappointed in the dealership. I had even planned to purchase another vehicle there but unsure at the moment. Please make sure this doesn't happen to others as I'm sure it has. That's not good business.

Purchased my used Nissan from Leith Auto Park Chrysler Jeep and it has been nothing but a disaster. Things keep breaking on the car. Had it towed already and have had many repairs to the car. I don't recommend Leith and Regret ever buying this lemon. This all happened in less then 5 months of owning this car. Sad!

This will be the only review that you need to read. If your car is over 5 years old I would recommend that you go somewhere else. Paid almost $3,000 to fix front end issues but the mechanic was not qualified to do the work. Picked up my car only to find that now the radiator was leaking fluid onto my engine. The mechanic was unable to carefully remove other engine components without damaging the radiator. What is worse is the shady mechanic knew that he did this but didn't tell anyone. I had to find out during my ride home. How could he park the car on the lot and call it finished after I shell out almost $3,000 knowing full well that there was a new issue. The customer service was terrible. It was very difficult to get a call back regarding this issue. Once I did get a call back I learned that I needed to pay almost $500 to replace the radiator???? Anytime that I use the heat or AC I smell burnt radiator fluid because of what leaked on my engine. If I could give zero stars I would. They are just equip to complete routine work and oil changes for brand new or like new vehicles.

Had an excellent experience at Leith Nissan yesterday purchasing a new 2015 Rogue. Tyler, my sales person, was able to show me all of the models I was interested in and explained all the advantages and disadvantages very clearly and without any pressure sales tactics. When I decided on the Rogue, Mary, the financing specialist was able to answer all my questions and get the transaction wrapped up in an expedient manner. Will definitely recommend them to friends looking for a new car!

I PROUDLY exchanged my nissan here for a new one. If you ever do run into an issue with them, they'll do their best to resolve it. I love my Nissan.

I brought my Rogue here because it had soooo many issues. This was the only service team who was able to diagnose the problem. Ira was amazing with helping me with the Rogue!!

He then sent me over to Daniel Edwards in the sales department since I was interested in getting another car. Daniel was so patient with me while I was deciding what the best option was for me and so helpful with finding me the best deal for what I needed. He is THE ONLY honest car salesman I have ever met in my life. He s such a great person too. If you need someone to help you with buying a car I d recommend Daniel any day!!

Everyone here was super nice. I was here a lot so I got to know some of the people that work here. They are all very genuine and seem to love their job which makes a huge difference for the customer experience.

Thank you everyone, especially Daniel, for helping me out! I left today with a new truck, big smile on my face, and my heart felt like it wanted to dance out of my chest.

I recently purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima from Leith Nissan in Cary, NC. Curtis Underwood Jr. was my sales consultant.

Curtis did a great job. He was courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicles I test drove. He started by asking me what I was interested in, he listened to my requests, and he showed me vehicles that had the features I was looking for. I went the dealership three times before purchasing, once to see the Altima, once to compare the 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder models, and once so my wife could test drive the vehicle. Curtis provided an organized and quality experience on each of these visits.

I remembered seeing Curtis when he played as a halfback on the NC State University NCAA football team. I recall him being hard working, team focused, and always looking for opportunities to improve. Based on my interactions at Leith, he's applying the same qualities to his sales consultant position.

I also had good experiences with Leith's business manager, Mark Williams, and the finance manager, Bill Koelsch. I'd certain recommend anyone who's looking for a vehicle to visit Leith Nissan and work with Curtis to see what he can do for you.

I recently made an appointment with the Leith Nissan dealership in Cary for an oil change and Transmission fluid flush. When I arrived they told me that they didn t have me down for an appointment instead I was scheduled for Leith of Volkswagen and I have an Altima for crying out loud however I rescheduled and decided to give them another chance despite the ridiculous mix up and confusion. Upon the day that I had services done and got my car back I noticed the smell of oil in it shortly afterwards I seen oil dripping from the speakers!! Yes you read it right, the mechanic put oil in my speakers for whatever reason! At this point I m requesting a full refund on top of them paying me to get my car fully detailed. I ve contacted corporate along with their store manager Derek and no one has been any help to me. The mechanic name is Ira and the advisers name is Daniela Blackwelder, I advise Nissan customers to take your car to another dealership because the people who work at this location are bloody awful, deceiving, and malicious just to name a few things. Of course the higher ups covered for their mechanic and said he would never do anything like that. Sure he wouldn t my car just smells like oil for no good reason then and the oil dripping from the speakers got there by itself right?! There should of been plastic on my seat and paper on the floor which it wasn t then this wouldn t even be up for discussion about the scent of oil. The mechanics there are far from professional and can t be trusted!! You re better off going to someone you know or going to a different location!

I collected my new Xterra last night. I had a Altima before and really enjoy the Nissan brand. I have been having my Altima serviced at Leith for the past 18 months and have never had a poor experience so Leith was an easy decision for me when I chose to change to the Xterra. I worked with Mary Leahy at the dealership, she was a true pleasure to work with. Not at all pushy (like some sales folks can be). She made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable. Came in, diagnosed my problem, and 2hrs later back on road. Everyone was professional and kept me in the loop about my car. The lobby is set up to keep you somewhat comfortable. Free wifi, tv, and snacks.
