Purchased a nice Honda from Leith Nissan. The offer amounts seemed ridiculously low to borderline unethical. The car purchased was not provided with an owners manual, a tank of gas or even a second key FOB.

Normally I avoid the large chains so that I am actually a valued customer and not just a number. I made an exception this time and the day after the purchase immediately became a number. Spoke with the sales rep and my issues were not resolved. Spoke with a manager who chose not to make the easy and correct decision to take care of me the customer.
