We haven't bought a car yet, but I'm keeping track of my experience as I go through this. We initially made contact with their customer service person Elish, and all we can say is WOW. She's been so on-point and bending over backwards to help us find what we're looking for. We told her what we thought we were looking for and she's been emailing us options for nearly two weeks now. When we visited the lot she put us in contact with Steve, who's the guy you want to know when you're buying a car, and they've both personally been with us BOTH times we visited the lot. Steve's background as a purchaser actually gives him really unique insight into the process and how you can get the best deal. While our needs are very specific and our budget even more so, we've been really impressed with the quality of their selection compared to lots of the other lots, including some of the other 'big name' lots. Leith made a great call by putting these two where they are. I'm impressed.
