Horrible, horrible, horrible experience with Legacy Ford! We literally drove back and forth a total of 5 times to spend hours and get the run around about different situations. Bottom line we were lied to multiple times just to go to another dealership and experience awesome customer service and received what we wanted.
They were able to fix all the items I requested and even took care of two separate recalls. Legacy Ford did a great job!
We had a very disheartening experience with Legacy Ford in Rosenberg.
Having bought our vehicle last year and having had such a positive experience, we were excited to return. First, I will state that we had a positive experience spending the afternoon with Tony Mendoza in sales and want to give him 5 stars. Tony was extremely pleasant, polite, helpful and went out of his way to find us the perfect truck and I am just sorry we couldn't give him our business. At the end of our time at Legacy, we had one more place to visit for a test drive just to make sure we covered our bases, although we were pretty much sold not just on the truck but with Tony.
Then we met used car manager Carlos Mora. This is when the experience went from great to no so great I understand this is a business and bottom line is to sell a car/truck, but it's how you do it that matters and Carlos Mora is so aggressive that he changed our minds immediately. He was positive that where we were going we wouldn't make a deal and he wanted to make us an offer, however it was with the caveat that if we left he would not honor it if we returned. Instead of stating "Hey, I think I can make you the best deal, go and come back and we can finish this up". When we stated that we wanted to make sure we covered all bases, he went on to tell us that he wasn't going to "pay us to buy the vehicle" that was our signal that it was time to go.
Lamont Sumlin is the BEST!! Always great service at Legacy Ford from the moment you walk through the door. Car buying is a breeze when you're getting service. Highly recommend them!

I just bought my car from Legacy (first time using their sales reps) because i had been taking my Taurus in for service for over three years and the service dept is phenomenal. What an awesome experience. I wasn t disappointed with the other side. Love TJ, Venessa, Stephen and Joe. Great team. Never once did i hear that dreaded sentence what can we do to get you in this car today . I told them what i wanted, what my monthly spending limit was and they delivered. I m a Legacy Ford lifer now.

This is the first Time posting - I felt that the way I was treated at Legacy Ford by TJ and Lance that I had to post something. So here is goes and I hope it helps someone that's looking for a new vehicle!!
I was sent to Legacy Ford on a recommendation from another mechanic that was troubleshooting my 2004 F150. He stated that he thought my problem may be motor related and that a Ford dealership would be my best option. I just moved into the area and didn t know who to trust. So, I went to Legacy. Unfortunately, the problem with my truck was motor related and the cost for repairs were going to be worth more than the truck. While my truck was being assessed, prior to knowing the extent of the damage, I met with TJ Dane while walking around looking at new trucks. TJ was extremely knowledgeable and very honest. No pressure type personality, me and my wife really enjoyed speaking with him. A few hours later after finding out the condition of my old truck I was with TJ looking for a new one. TJ went over and above to help me out. Spent hours Over 4 or 5 !!!!! looking for the right truck and once we found it made sure that the stuff from my old truck was transferred to the new. Crazy to say but I really felt like I was treated like family. I really don t think I could have gotten a better deal anywhere else. Met with Lance to complete the final paperwork while TJ was transferring my old stuff to the new truck. Lance was excellent!!! Treated me like family as well. I really felt that he gave me the best deal he could give and I didn t feel like I was being taken advantage of. At the end of the day I drove off in a new truck. I have enjoyed driving my new truck and I plan on having all my Ford vehicles serviced at Legacy as well. Especially if I am treated the way I was by TJ, Lance. I would recommend Legacy Ford to anyone and TJ and Lance deserve the highest level of praise for the way they treated me and my wife. Thanks again and I do consider TJ and Lance family!!!
Legacy Ford is amazing!!! The salesman there by the name of Carlos Mora is awesome!!! He is very knowledgeable in what he does and can & will do his very best to get you the best deal!!! He is confident in the numbers that he gives you on a vehicle and will tell you that, "no one can or will come close to them". I see him as a customer pleaser. I went down there on the 14th of October, looking into a 2020 limited explore and he helped me out to the best of his ability!!! Man, did me and my wife leave out of there happy!!! He didn't cut any corners and didn't try to hide anything in fine print. I see him as an honest car salesman - which there are not to many of them around. Carlos was very polite and respectful. He answered any and every question we had. Also, during the financing part of the deal, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Stephen Raggette. This guy is also amazing!!! He broke down everything to me and made sure I understood everything that I was signing. He didn't just rush through the paper work to get us out the door. This guy too is also very knowledgeable in what he does for a living. Very respectful and is a people person.
I would most definitely recommend this place of business to everyone out there. Not only do you get respectful service but it's honest service as well. Not only that, they will do there best to give you the best deal possible. Dont just take my word for it, head down there and see for yourself. Legacy was the only dealer willing to wheel & deal while also working with Ford s 0 down 0 interest program. More importantly, it was the after the sale attention that has impressed me. I unfortunately had some issues with my truck (not the dealer s fault) and I feel that Legacy has worked hard to make the situation right!

Honestly if I could give them more the 5 starts I would. They should get a 10/10. I bought a used Ford from another dealership. I too my car to legacy because the sync/navigation was having issues. First of all the staff in the service department was so friendly. Valentine was probably the nicest service guy there. He was very nice and explained what the problem could be. He also explained that they won t really know until they get in and look at it. Once we got inside it was so nice. First of all there was a little cafe there (never seen that in a dealership before) with a lady making hot food. I got a burger and my son got a grilled cheese. Honestly the burger was VERY VERY GOOD. And very reasonably priced. We got a cheeseburger with fries, a grilled cheese, and 2 drinks for 10$. Then the dealership was VERY VERY clean. Looked almost brand new. Then the service guys were very good about keeping me informed on what they were doing. They figured out what the problem was and even quoted me a price (which was also extremely reasonable). Then when it came to the time to pay it actually came out to being 80$ cheaper then what they said because they were able to get Ford extended warranty to pay for some of the stuff even though I don t think I had the extended warranty. Valentine even walked me through how to reset and set up a new code for the door on the vehicle. And didn t let me leave until we had every exactly the way I wanted and fully understood how to use it. I was only in Rosenberg because that is where I bought my vehicle from. I live about 1 hour away and pass about 3 or 4 Ford dealerships on my way to Legacy but I would 100% drive all the way there again because the guys there were extremely good and very nice. I HIGHLY recommend. As I said before if I could give them more the 5 stars I would!

I bought my very first new car here and I am very happy with the service I got. Lamont was my dealer for my new car, he helped me figure out what I wanted very easily and he made the process very easy for me. He is a great guy and he knows his stuff. Lance was my finance guy and he also made the process easy for me, he is patient and kind. He explained things to me in a way that I could understand without trying to give me the run around that I was scared that I d get. These two guys are the ones to go to when buying a car!

Everyone one at Legacy Ford that we worked with was polite and very helpful. My only complaint was that it went a little longer than it should have but I would recommend it to everyone who wants a Ford.
Legacy kept my motor home for 49 (FORTY-NINE) days to do a job that took 4.5 hours to complete. They kept putting new customers in front of my motor home. My motor home was not under warranty, the insurance company was paying the bill. I had to cancel 3 trips because of the delay.

I arrived at Legacy for an oil change. I was informed that several customers were ahead of me and the wait would be about 2 hours so I decided to take care of some chores and return later. I returned about 3 hours later and got the oil change in about 45 minutes. I appreciate the honesty of the service representative.

From Lamont Sumlin to Luis in finance all these guys are great!! The sales manager all worked patiently with me while I hand picked every option on my new king ranch super duty!!! Emailed about vehicle and received responses from salesman(Brandon) and even a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist (Monique) that vehicle was available with the common "when can you come in?" responses on a Fri evening I called and spoke to salesman first thing next morning Sat and since i'm a couple hours away wanted to make arrangements to prepay or leave a deposit before making the trip Never received call back so I called again and was told i'm working on the deal i'll call you right back....this went on for the better part of the day.....still haven't heard from either so I called a spoke to a manager who told me the vehicle was sold the night before.....the manager was told the situation and seemed as uninterested as I've ever heard a manager can be.
Glad I didn't make the trip. If this is the way Legacy Ford does business I think i'll go elsewhere but I can assure you they don't care if I do...

I was attempting to move out of town when my alternator died. They could have ignored me knowing I was leaving town and never coming back but, instead, Ron in the service department went out of his way to help me out.
Having a loaner car available was also a big help as it allowed me to finish the last few errands while I waited on the repairs.

The car salesman, Orlando Alston, lied and said that the dealership paint guy would fix all of the scratches that were on every side of the car I bought. When I picked up my car, NOTHING was fixed or repainted. There were still multiple scratches, scrapes, keyings, and gouges on my car. The used car manager ignored me when I came in asking for a manager. He was 5 feet away from me playing on his cell phone. I finally had to ask him, are you the manager. He told me it was a used car and that there will be scratches on it. Orlando gave me ugly looks, said he doesn't know anything about painting, and was argumentative. I NEVER would have paid $22K for a scratched up car. This was the WORST car buying experience I have ever had! I was lied to, tricked, and treated horribly by these people just so they could make money off of me.
Patrick was so amazing & helpful to get me in the car I was looking for! Nichelle sat with us for hours working to get me everything I wanted in my car & finally did it! I now have a new Ford Edge that i m IN LOVE with!!! Lance financed my vehicle & was so great explaining everything & helping me get the vehicle in my name. Overall this is an awesome place to go & I would recommend to anyone!!

Completely unsatisfied with how long it took to get my car back after dropping it off. They had it for an entire week. Dropped it off on Monday did not get a call that it was ready till the following Monday. At first they said a due date it would be ready by and I waited all day for a call but never got one. And when they did call to say it was ready they didn't even have a final total. Never going back.
My teenage son's first car buying experience at Legacy was HORRIBLE. they felt like they made things right but all they did was put my son in a used car that had so many issues within the first month into another new car and made him so upside down our credit union wouldn't even refi for us bc w are so upside down in it. All they want to do is make a sale. I do note recommend ANYONE here. My boss had a bad experience here as well abt a month after us.

Quick Lane (Keenan) is a go-to advisor when you need honest, fast and fair service. Don't take your vehicle to any of the competitors in the area. Legacy is the best stop to make when you're in need of service.
Great experience buying a new F-150 yesterday. Everyone we talked to through the process showed they cared. I would defiantly buy my next truck from Legacy again.
Staff is great and they are not the reason for the bad review. The four tires I purchased (continental contiprocontact) are the problem. They were the same as the original tires that came on the 2012 focus. I was advised by techs to change two of the four tires that are 60,000 mile rated tires at 45,000 miles. Getting new ones covered by warranty was a joke. Save yourself the hassle and go with a different tire.
The Legacy Ford team provided exceptional service which started with our sales professional Makenzie Wilson. Makenzie was determined to find a truck for Jeff that fit all of what he was looking for in the purchase.

My a/c condenser got a hole in it from a flying rock on Tuesday. In the Texas heat with temps of 100+ everyday I couldn't do without a/c. I was going out of town the next Monday so I trying calling several repair shops with my timeline and none could accommodate. I called John Smith at Legacy and he said they could could do it in a couple of days. It wasn't until Wednesday evening before I could get the car to them. I was shocked when Friday afternoon I got a call that said my car was ready. All the staff at Legacy have always been friendly and helpful and wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Thanks to Thomas for having a super great group of guys in service. You've got me as a customer for life.

The Quick Lane Service at Ford changed my oil and checked the battery for my truck. I needed to buy a new one, but rated a 4 star for taking 3 to 4 hours of waiting so long.
My husband and I come here whenever we want a vehicle. Great place and very nice people our sales person Chase Miller was great helped us with all our needs. We would definitely recommend him to everyone.
We worked with salesmen John Vaughn and Julius Moore. They both were very attentive and listened carefully to our needs and wants. John was very knowledgeable about option availability and packages, and helped us find our car which included some searches of other dealership inventory. Julius walked us through the FordPass system and helped us get our phones set up to manage our car ownership. If you haven't learned about FordPass it might be worth your while to look into it. We seldom find car buying 'fun', but the Legacy staff did a good job of managing our pain. It's important to know that Legacy Ford extends the 5 year powertrain warranty for the life of the vehicle as long as it's with the original owner. Their only requirement is to let them do the 30k inspection and service, and every 30k thereafter. This was a good reason for us to go there to buy our new car. One final point, we had a misunderstanding about our deal that we noticed the day after signing the financing paperwork. We wondered if this would be a major confrontation, but the Finance Manager Lance Waugh got it immediately corrected to our satisfaction, no questions asked. We are happy with our experience.

Red was awesome! Took my RV in to have oil changed and to diagnose a wiper issue. He was very nice and his estimate on timing for getting to my RV and diagnosing the issue was accurate.
