Honestly if I could give them more the 5 starts I would. They should get a 10/10. I bought a used Ford from another dealership. I too my car to legacy because the sync/navigation was having issues. First of all the staff in the service department was so friendly. Valentine was probably the nicest service guy there. He was very nice and explained what the problem could be. He also explained that they won t really know until they get in and look at it. Once we got inside it was so nice. First of all there was a little cafe there (never seen that in a dealership before) with a lady making hot food. I got a burger and my son got a grilled cheese. Honestly the burger was VERY VERY GOOD. And very reasonably priced. We got a cheeseburger with fries, a grilled cheese, and 2 drinks for 10$. Then the dealership was VERY VERY clean. Looked almost brand new. Then the service guys were very good about keeping me informed on what they were doing. They figured out what the problem was and even quoted me a price (which was also extremely reasonable). Then when it came to the time to pay it actually came out to being 80$ cheaper then what they said because they were able to get Ford extended warranty to pay for some of the stuff even though I don t think I had the extended warranty. Valentine even walked me through how to reset and set up a new code for the door on the vehicle. And didn t let me leave until we had every exactly the way I wanted and fully understood how to use it. I was only in Rosenberg because that is where I bought my vehicle from. I live about 1 hour away and pass about 3 or 4 Ford dealerships on my way to Legacy but I would 100% drive all the way there again because the guys there were extremely good and very nice. I HIGHLY recommend. As I said before if I could give them more the 5 stars I would!
